I was booked into room 106 for a 4 night stay, the room was dark and dirty, the blanket was stained, 8 floor tiles in the shower centered around the drain were very splintered and cracked, they looked very unsafe, and the fan in the bathroom sounds like a loud machine gun when turned on. The air conditioner was broken and did not heat the room. I complained to reception about the condition of the room, then was moved to room 107, which was better all around, but still the shower cubicle had broken tiles and the shower water was just warm, I did not need to turn the cold water on at all. After moving to room 107 I was told room 106 was for disabled guests, even though I had not asked for a special room. I was deeply distressed by the condition of 106 and that the motel owners would rent it out to anyone let alone disabled people. I complained to the receptionist about the lack of care and support for the disabled, and they should feel ashamed to rent that room out at all. I was travelling for work and stayed at the motel because of its proximity to work. I wont be staying there again, and wont support a business that does not treat people with care and respect. I rate my overall experience as 1-2 stars.

I found a syringe stabbed into the bathroom door

Tired needs a good renovation and clean Water went all over bathroom floor, bathroom door didn't shut properly, light/fan very loud and fan didn't really do anything. Cannot open a window in unit for fresh air. Would of opened door to hallway but all we could smell was cigarette smoke and there was a party going on Checked in late, check in went smooth enough.

Nice place to stay and very clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Old rooms presented well.

Definitely needs some updating with the checking in and booking efficiently via the front end management team on site. The problem was rectified as quickly as possible, but could have easily been avoided.

Good parking, near the city. Next to Aldi.

Great place but getting dated. Clean and tidy.

First room they provided me, which I had previously stayed in before had the same broken table in it which hadn’t been repaired even after reporting it on my last stay. They then moved me into another room and found a lot of mould in the shower. They did clean it eventually but then it was hard to enter the room after cleaning due to the amount of bleach used. Very hard to breathe afterwards.

Quiet being next to a main road. Close walk to Burnside upgraded, renovated large shopping complex. Has many high profile new shops eg Tiffany, Zara, Country Road, Lorna Jane and many more plus Coles and few Coffee/eating areas. Free, large underground car parking 🅿️. The property Granada, has many kitchen items, crockery, cutlery, microwave and free car parks near your room. Staff helpful and assistance as required. Nil negatives. Thankyou

Very old and very noisy if your room is at the front. Comfy beds and pillows.

Overall, our stay was ok. Definitely paid way over standard rates due to it be the Gather Round weekend (4x the standard room rates) but that's what expected booking so early in advanced and to lock in our reservation. Front of motel and lobby areas looked VERY tired. Built in the 70's and I can honestly say, it doesn't look like it's been updated since. Mexican restaurant attached was closed also during hours when you'd expect it to be open. Especially during such a huge weekend for business. Luckily lots of great venues to eat around the area. In room - Clean (main thing) and bathrooms look renovated within the last 10 years, however, paint on doors look tired and even had a few hole repairs that look like someone previously had punched into them (probably be better to replace the door?). A few (around 20 small moths flying around the bathroom. You'd think housekeeping would have used some "raid" on their daily rounds. Missing towels on arrival, reception said they'd bring some around, but never did. No big deal, just a drop in service. Overall, a 2-3 star motel, charging 5 star rates for a high demand weekend. It is what it is. Would we stay here again? Probably not, but if you're looking for a place to flop and don't have any expectation other than a clean room (other than the moths in the bathroom) and you can get a deal on the room, it would be acceptable.

We have stayed here before and it was excellent not this time. Room smelt of smoke broken shower door had been removed and not replaced. Plates in cupboard covered in sticky pink icing. Dirt around sink!

was convenient to Adelaide centre and a good price for what we needed . Parking was good ,On site

Lovely interaction with all staff. Very helpful and kind consideration to any concerns that can occur. Room spacious, clean and comfortable. Car parking terrific 👍. Swimming pool beaut.

Decent accomodation, room was as described. Quite area, close to food options.
