We have a staycation 3-4 times a year and always book the family suite.
The room and bathroom are huge, the spa is massive.
My children love the heated indoor pool and there is a seating area so I can read a book if I don't feel like swimming.
The staff are all friendly and helpful.

1, Air condition flow to your head.
2, The cleaning service lady will be "chok" the door around 10:00 due to your room is last room for room service. It's crazy!!
3, Car park (inside) always full. Need park to outside.
4, Too many spiders in the wash room.
5, Frizzer adjusted to cooler but not cool.
6, 4 days still not replace the quilt cover.

Booked two rooms for Gather Round of the footy. Perfect and affordable accomodation (when everything else was booked or super expensive). Rooms were very comfortable and the location was great for getting in and out of the city. Will definitely be back in 2026
