The service is very good and the staff is very nice and the location is very good and convenient to the flinders street station.

Welcome drink, friendly staffs, perfect location, the room is clean and spacey, very nice!

Very convenient location

We had a great experience in Adelphi, we were staying to celebrate a birthday and were so surprised by the sweet message left on the mirror as a welcome followed by a birthday dessert and welcome drinks. The hotel also offers discount parking which is really useful for driving tourists.

The design is very unique , we can have free mini bar and free wifi. Staffs also very nice .

Good location and service. Especially free wifi, for business traveler it's very import. But feel little strange that we left over something in the room after check out, they didn't try to inform us. Instead we call back and check.

Good overnight stay. The room was spacious and clean and the shower/bathroom very nice.

The staff were exceptionally helpful, cheerful and made you feel comfortable. The cleanliness was excellent. Breakfast was a continental breakfast which was sufficient.

Absolutely horrendous experience at the Adelphi. No concierge, had to drag three suitcases and bags up stairs myself. Room was disgusting—coffee stains on walls, strong smoking stench, bathroom old and rotten. Totally nothing like the Expedia photos. Staff were unhelpful and rude. Sarah, who had only worked there two weeks, offered another room but refused to let us move there, then later stormed into our original room shouting, “You need to leave right now!” My niece was crying, we had to pack in a rush, and leave in the pouring rain. Paid $30 for a car park we couldn’t even use properly. Misleading photos, filthy rooms, and aggressive staff. Avoid this place. Sarah was a nightmare.
