Great Property, great value for money

Very nice apartment! Would highly recommend.

Wonderful stay. We had a very roomy 2 bedroom apartment with the kids. Staff were wonderful, and gave us a welcome gift for our wedding anniversary! parking also the cheapest amongst the city hotels, and in the building. Will be my preferred hotel choice in Brisbane

This is a gorgeous renovated old building. Our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment was lovely. Tv in each bedroom. Tiny kitchenette but enough as there are good food options nearby. Great location near Southbank and the city. Disappointing that we were arriving on Anzac Day and we weren't notified that the Anzac march was closing down the city and in particular the street the hotel is on. We had to walk 4 blocks with all our luggage. Don’t plan to get there before checkin as unlikely room will be ready. They did have good storage while we went off and explored. I would stay there again for its location and beautiful building.

Beautiful hotel!

Good location. Very convenient for travel, just a few minutes walk to the brisbane sign and ferris wheel. Warm service and room facilities are fully equipped, suitable for family.

I was pleasantly surprised by value for money. Unit had everything needed for a short or long stay. Great space and updated nicely. Hotel was great location with great amenities. Coffee shop downstairs had great service and yummy coffee too! Would recommend and stay again next time I’m in Brisbane. Only negative was parking was full so I had to park across the street. Cheaper parking across the street so might have been a bonus but raining.

Loved that it is centrally located, close to restaurants, bars & South Bank is a easy walk across the river.

Super comfortable stay

Property was very nice had a room with a balcony- bonus!! My complaint and 1 star rating is due to LACK of communication follow up by front desk to email sent. We prepaid for our room in August when making the reservation. Upon check in didn’t realize we were billed again for the room. After we returned to the United States checked my credit card and saw the charge for the same room at 3 nights. Immediately sent an email through Expedia and have NOT heard anything back from Adina apartment hotel in Brisbane. We have stayed previously at Adina other locations and always a good experience now we will definitely be rethinking other options

The pool was not in order. Apparently some issue since the cyclone. Many other hotels had no issues with their pools. Never given an update. My room was dark and very noisy. My TVs would turn on/off randomly. The signal was constantly lost. It was never fixed.
