Accommodation which is so close to the city centre, very close to good dining options, surprisingly quiet with good reception hours and a lovely receptionist is hard to find. It had all the basic needs for a short term stay for a really good price.

Arrived at the hotel at 6:30pm, the reception counter has closed. The security guard told us that we were not on the guest list and refused to let us in. We insisted we had reserved a room. The guard tried to call for help but he said no one answered his phone call. We finally had to find another room in a nearby hotel to stay the night. Went back to the hotel the next morning. The receptionist finally found our booking and apologized. Got full refund from the hotel but still found this kind of mistake is unacceptable.
