The room type provided was completely different from what was booked, very old and dirty. The carpet was extremely dirty, the water flow in the bathroom was very small, and the electronic lock couldn't be locked at first. It took a long time to figure out that it required a lot of force to close it. I asked the platform to communicate with the hotel about the room's problem and was hung up on several times. They only said that it was full and couldn't handle it, so why should I book it? Terrible attitude and very, very poor housing experience

Sills in bathroom need a clean, otherwise great

Pool isn’t at all what it looks like in the photos, it’s small and the water is a green colour. Rooms are clean enough but very basic. Plenty of tea and coffee supplies. Bed wasn’t overly comfortable but suitable to sleep in. Somewhere very basic to lay your head at night!

Better air flows need to improve. Use kess bleach to clean room. Toxic bleach fumes can kill. Hence, avoid lawsuit if improve services

Great room, comfortable bed with very good amenities. Good shower and lots of towels. Good value for the location, size and price. Highly recommend this place.

Air con was only just effective carpet is torn and fraying back from tiles to kitchen walls in bathroom had filth on them makeup on power points toilet seat not connected to the bowl

Very old and there are some spiders in bath tub. Not worth money. But there is free parking and car is easily accessible. No heaters in main bedroom. Heater in living is not working properly

room appeared neglected. My belongings were moved to another room without my consent even though I was still booked in.

The air conditioner was not working so had to spend a very uncomfortable night with the window wide open as multiple emergency vehicles went past with lights and sirens operating. A very restless night!

Walls very thin, could hear people next door argue. Very outdated.

Room needed love.. curtains coming off track… Day2 towels had holes in them.. Broken head bed light fixture… Not happy Jan 😠

Check in was great. Allowed me to access the room earlier and she was helpful. However, on entry to the room it was filthy. A large hairball in the entry, shower was black with mould and the door to the shower was broken so barely hanging on. The top part of the shampoo holder fell off and missed my toe by centimetres. The towels were threadbare (could literally see through them) and the bed sheets were so hard they were crispy. The curtains were missing most of their hooks so we were awake at sunrise due to the light. We had to dodge a collection of trolleys leading up the stairs and piles of rubbish. And to top off the experience, there was a family of pigeons who spent the entire night doing what pigeons do...loudly.

Clean room quick check in

This is our go to hotel now when we visit Geelong. Perfect location, spotlessly clean and has everything we need. We did have a glitch with power this visit (there is a sign requesting not to use kettle with toaster etc which we ensured) but the staff were very helpful.

Room was basic but very clean. Staff were pleasant. Would prefer individual soaps rather than the squeeze bottle. Location is great. Perfect for a nights stay.

Clean neat and tidy room, comfortable bed & great shower! Would recommend and would stay here again.
