Akom Melbourne

Stay there for 6 days. I love the apartment so much. It's so much better than the picture on app. Above my expectation! The location only 100m from free tram zone. Check in process was very smooth. The apt is clean, spacious, and have everything you need. It feels like home. And the view, o my god. I can see the hot air balloon when sunrise, and the light of the city in the night and I can take some good picture too from balcony. I will definitely stay in this apt again if I come back to this city.

This apartment is very complete. They provide everything. It’s clean dan comfortable but the heater from aircon is not so strong so it is quite cold in the bedroom (in winter season).

Will definitely stay there again. Convenient, clean, quiet. And so close to restaurants and shopping.

I stayed for 3 nights in a 2 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms. It's a pleasure to stay here. Besides the place is very clean, fragrant, fully furnished, also the location of the apartment is quite strategic. Only 5 minutes walking to State Library and Melbourne Central Station. I highly recommend this place to everyone. There is only 1 thing. Do not expect to see the name AKOM Melbourne in front of the apartment building. But just look at the address. AKOM Melbourne's name is written on the inside of the building with insignificant writing.

The apartment itself is really nice. It is well maintained, new, and very pleasant all around. The apartment itself does not have a check-in desk, so it is really confusing to get the key. However, getting a room before the check in time can be difficult, the apartment itself is spacious and has great amenities inside.

2 bedrooms apartment which is great! Clean and modern feel with big LCD TV including netflix access (although we didn't use it). High floor with great view overseeing State Library and kitchen and laundry machine plus drier is a plus. Wash those clothes you bring. All is great except minor issue on carpet on master bedroom which has nails protruding and hurt my and my son's feet but no injury. Covered those with bathroom mat and it's solved. Owner may want to look into it. I have the video shot if needed. Great price!! Great location. May opt for the upgrade to King size master bedroom next time. Yes next time! Definitely coming back for this one. Oh. Keys are accessible from key collection box and can be dropped once finished. Just like airbnb sort of. No reception but convenient and no hassle. Well done!

Modern, very clean, great location. Highly recommended. The apartment was nice and clean, it had everything we needed. We are a family of 4 staying at 2BR, 2 bathroom apartment. The 2 bathrooms made it really convenient getting ready in the morning. Asked for high floor but was only given 17th floor, there was a bit of disappointment there. There is no reception desk, so they’ll send you an email to guide you through the self check-in. Remember to pre-arrange for extra set of keys if necessary. We got ours on the second day, a bit of inconvenience, but it’s no big deal. Our flight arrived at 7 am, and we tried our luck calling them to see if an early check-in was possible. They were happy to check us in early, we really appreciate that!

Very nice apartment, we try the 2 bedroom with 2 bathroom, but there is no heater so in the winter there are feel little cold because the heater just come from the aircon.
