Great location, clean!

The new-opened hotel have very friendly enviroment and nice staff providing useful info. Though my meeting is in the south of the CBD, i can lend a fashin bicycle from the hotel. I feel I was in my horm w/o any pressure.

Very noisy location - hotel surrounded by bars and clubs pumping out loud music until 4am. Police needed to disperse crowds at 430am. Sleeping drunks and tramps littering the street outside the hotel next morning. Room has little amenity - no safe, no tea or coffee making, no wardrobe

We love how easy EVERYTHING is when staying at the Alex. Simple, quality, quirky too. LOVE LOVE LOVE

We only had one night at the Alex, but would have loved more! Stylish lobby, a useful common area one floor up, compact comfortable room and walk to everything in Perths CBD. Friendly staff, what more could you want!

Great location , small rooms . can be a bit noisey , no coffee / tea station and no fridge in your room ??

Wir haben das Alex Hotel auf der Durchreise von Süd nach Nord besucht und werden vor Abflug wieder dort übernachten. Das Hotel ist hervorragend ausgestattet. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich, komfortabel, geräumig und sauber. Die Gemeinschaftsräume, die auch für das Frühstück genutzt werden sind sehr großzügig mit Sofas und Gemeinschaftskühlschrank. Im 6. Stock gibt es eine tolle Dachterrasse ebenfalls für jeden nutzbar. Die Hotelbar haben wir auch in Anspruch genommen, sehr praktisch, wenn man abends zurückkommt. Jederzeit zu empfehlen

Hotel lobby and the common area was nicely done. Friendly staff. However would not recommend staying here on the weekend. There was incredibly loud music from the nightclub around until 1 am. Yes earplugs were provided but it certainly does not drown out the excessive noise. Shower area was not properly sealed off either so water flows onto the bathroom floor. I’d stay somewhere else next time.

The staff was very helpul and friendly. You get free water, tee, coffee und sweet baked goods. All for free. Very nice. The room ist big and nice. The hotel is around the corner from the main street which gives it a little more quiet. We really liked it.

Great facilities for relaxing, spacious room, excellent breakfast, good soundproofed windows - room quiet although streets buzzing on a warm Saturday night.

Perfect location, close to train or bus transport. Plenty of pubs, restaurants and convenience stores. Large room, quiet and clean

Lovely boutique hotel in a great location with wonderful staff, all at a very reasonable price. The hotel is in the Northbridge area with abundant and varied eateries to cater for every palate. The area comes alive at the the weekend with live music venues. The hotel is less than 5 minutes walk from Perth train station and close to many places of interest. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

Love staying here! The service from RJ is always amazing and friendly.
