Cabins are a bit small and tired.

Great stay

The park appeared to be at half capacity and check in wasn’t until after 4pm. We had rang through early (11am) to check in at 2pm where they advised that would be fine. Upon arrival they were not ready and we had to park near the cabin, get changed outside, then walk to GIO stadium for the football at 3pm. Staff were nice, however when we headed up to our van to park, 4-5 cleaning staff were loitering about with what appeared to be no purpose or urgency. A little frustrated for the price we paid. Loved our stay here

We love it!! Perfect for our family of 6. Staff have been incredibly welcoming and helpful, even suggesting activities around Canberra for the kids. We had a delicious breakfast and dinner at The Verandah with the kids, which they loved—especially all the colouring activities available. There’s so much to do around the park itself, with activities for everybody! The villa we stayed in was perfect—clean, modern, and very comfortable. Thanks so much for a fantastic stay!

It was reasonably priced, very comfortable, staff were very welcoming & it was nice & quiet & everything was supplied just one little thing some charging so to charge your phone it overall very good stay will use it again thank you

Rooms where very cold even with the heating set on high, slept cold all night

The amenities were terrific especially for kids. Food was good, service also. Our cabin was tired, curtains had moth holes in them. Table was unbalanced my husband tired to fix it to no avail. very squeezey for a family of 4.

Had a lovely 2 night stay at Alivio, travelled to Canberra to attend a wedding. Stayed in a 2 bedroom villa and it was everything we needed. We were able to have dinner at the onsite restaurant so we didn’t have to go out and didn’t have to cater for our own meals. Meals were quite nice. Had breakfast there as well which was also nice but probably a bit too expensive to do it each day. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Would stay again.
