WiFi is always disconnected automatically. The facilities in the room seem very old and are required to upgrade. The car parking area is very small and small obstacles (ie. rubbish bins, trolley) are placed around the car parking area. The entry gate of the car park has to be opened manually with some tricks.

The location is very good. Close to CBD, easy access to public transport but since the house only come once a week, it's better to have a clear instruction on where to place the rubbishes and how to change the towel (can take it down to the reception and get new one). Not suit for light sleepers. Can hear the noise from next door. Kitchen and kittenware is good facilitated if u want to cook sometimes.

Near city town and city free cat bus. Room kitchen is very good.

We are a family of 4. We stayed for 8 nights. We love it. The staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent location, close to central city, good for morning walk.

酒店招牌太小，不容易找到。房间挺大的，里面设施齐全，可以在房间做饭，但是抽油烟机不好用，做完饭整个房间都是油烟，窗户又不能开。其他方面都挺好的。

The room was dirty. The furniture looked like it was a second hire thrift shop. Absolutely awful place!

Very clean, tidy and spacious, however the balcony was incredibly small/narrow

The room was great close walking distance to everything in town

All was reasonable except there is no one at the desk after 5pm until 10 am the next morning; hence, no one except a long distance number to call to check in or out. Our biggest concern happened when we switched rooms; somehow one of our bags got separated and failed to be moved to the new room (when we were on a 3 day Margaret River excursion). When we got back after hours for the one night left, trying to find out missing bag was traumatic. Luckily, a really great worker was there late and helped. The next morning, we left with everything intact. We will stay there again.

Great value stay, property well located for the City and the Optus Stadium. All the team were very friendly and helpful and for the price we were very impressed as a family with the size of the 1 bed apartment. We stayed there for 9 nights during the first Ashes test at Optus Stadium.

Nathan at the front desk was great. The rooms were fairly dirty. I had dental floss left in the shower and there was plenty of dust and rubbish from previous guests on the floor, under the bed and under the couch. I found a set of clipper blades behind the couch when I was looking I was looking for my ear buds.

Pleasant staff, great for CBD access, kitchen and laundry facilities appreciated.

The room did not look anything like it was advertised, the bed was hard as a rock, the pillows were awful and the bed was on wheels on a hard floor. We spent half the night stopping the bed skating around the room instead of sleeping. On getting back to our room our code would not work, the reception had closed and there was no one there. I had to make a phone call to the after hours number to get a new code and this took half an hour. Deeply disappointed and ended up leaving the hotel that night- so paid for 2 and stayed one- this hotel was not a 4 star as stated in the review. The staff were pleasant but it didn’t make up for lost sleep and a sore back
