reasonable value for money but could do with a good clean

Stayed 1 night with partner and pet. Very helpful and friendly. Other guests we met were very friendly . Park down the road good distance to walk the dog.

The room was very clean and there was no problem accepting our dog. Owners were very friendly. Free Continental breakfast was available in the morning. Walking distance to dining options...so great location. 10 minutes walk to Coles. Would recommend to anyone looking at staying overnight in Toowoomba.

We booked as pet friendly the room was good more than adequate, pet friendly facilities nonexistent. No screen door essential, no area to exercise your pet for comfort stop.

The included breakfast was pretty bad. Room was noisy(aircon and the noise from highway around)

I have reviewed this multiple times lets just say i have taken this place to fair trade qld due to its complete disgusting dirty brothel vibe. Want some drugs go there and buy some down in the last 6 or so rooms full of druggies. Want stains on everything in your room and hair even the f-ing tv had it. Wish me luck on my fair trade adventure trying to get thia place shutdown or at least get my money back which he refuaed to give me and smiled about it. Goodluck everyone who stays here.

Staff were lovely and overall a good spot if you are looking to stay overnight. Wasn’t sure how to access the breakfast that was available.

The property was pet friendly which was an essential for us as we were travelling with our mini schnauzer. A continental breakfast was included which was a nice touch as you could help yourself to toast and cereal. The room is dated and not the cleanest and it had one of those old air cons and hat sound like a train. The bed was comfortable and sheets were clean.

The room was laid out ok, bathroom was totally outdated, owner overlooked previous residents Rowell was still hanging on back of bathroom door, broken soap holder broken, sliding shower door taken away & replaced with plastic curtain, water pressure terrible

This property was perfect for our stay. The staff were fantastic! The room was spotless, as was the rest of the property. Thanks so much for a great stay!

The room decor was poor with whitewash painted walls - the rooms are great if you’re wanting a no frills work stay. Didn’t feel very homely. Host was very friendly and attentive. Good location in Toowoomba

Comfortable and convenient location. A bit of road noise at night. The advertised free continental breakfast was not available due to Covid restrictions but tea, coffee, milk and biscuits were provided which I didn’t understand. Toiletries were provided in wall mounted dispensers in the shower but nothing to say what was what. Found myself trying to wash with the hair conditioner- I think! Also a red or blue dot on the shower tap would help to indicate hot and cold. It was the opposite of usual and I wasted water waiting for it to warm up. The room had useful equipment for cooking/warming food which was helpful.

Motel is well located , the rooms were clean and spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful. Due to Covid 19 , breakfast could not be offered as dining was closed. Would stay again.

Very noisy water pipes banging in the night road-noise, roof dusty lights covered in the dust of and wall joints dirt fall in the joins, very limited coffee, sugar , milk. Advertised breakfast but no breakfast due to COVID 19 very dated hotel. take your own supplies soap tea, coffee, milk

Comfortable and clean, not overpriced and very polite

Great spot to stay, short walks into city section.
