訂了七人房，房間很乾淨，地點位置很好，吃什麼都很方便，再次去滑雪還是會考慮在住這邊的。

The room was big and has a good view. It was clean and daily housekeeping was done even though we only stayed for 2 nights. There was ski hire shop across the road and a restaurant/brewery on the other side which is very good and a very quick drive to main shopping area. The cooker in the room doesn’t work though - not that I would use it for a short stay. And since I have a little one - the little play area is a plus but needed upkeep. Al in all we had a good stay.

Unfortunately, we heard the management yelling at some guests over the balcony, who may have been doing the wrong thing, which was poor management in our opinion.

Average condition and position, a bit over priced.

Older style room, some mould in bathroom, shower difficult to regulate. Had ev chargers outside which can be used with own cable.

Good location and room was adequate for what we needed

A really easy check in & key collection. Felt safe & cosy in the generous room which even had a bath! Sensational!

Told us we couldn't cancel our trip - were told we could re book instead and then refused to co-operate at all. Staff were rude on the phone

Lack of human reception and faceless check in was not a good start. Room was ok except for thin internal walls, weak wifi, limited TV channels and fridge freezer not working.

Avoid at All Costs – Worst Experience Ever! Absolutely rude and dismissive staff. The way they handled basic concerns was laughable and downright unprofessional. The air conditioning unit bizarrely blows cold air for the first 20 minutes, even when set to heating mode — not what you want in a snowy mountain town. When I raised this, I was told I must have “confused the aircon.” Excuse me? Let’s break it down: • Hair dryer? Broken. • Water supply to the bathtub? Restricted • Wi-Fi? Drops every few minutes – totally unreliable. • Cleanliness? Found cobwebs in the bathroom – disgusting. • Accessibility? No elevators, so get ready to haul heavy bags up flights of stairs. For what they charge, the experience is unacceptable. You’re better off spending a little more elsewhere to actually enjoy your trip. This place will leave you frustrated from the moment you check in. TIP: Pay extra and stay somewhere that doesn’t ruin your holiday. I will never return — and I suggest you don’t either.

The beds are very uncomfortable, there were unpleasant smell once we opened the room . And rubbish bins weren’t cleared daily. Location is the only good thing about this property.

The good - it was warm, close to the natio park exit, it's across the road from The Shed hire joint, was reasonably priced and car park close to room. The bad - the walls are paper thin, weekend nights it's super loud due to the Brewery next door, if your neighbour decides to watch the only channel that works on the TV (ABC) you can hear EVERY WORD of what they're watching. I booked a room for 3 persons in a 5 bedroom family room for a week which had a small table with only 2 chairs with cutlery for 4 people. Provided was a kettle, toaster, a fridge (where the small freezer section was frosted over and couldn't keep ice cream frozen) and a microwave. I brought an Air Fryer to be able to cook my family dinner - which caused a visit by an angry staff member (the only time I saw anyone from the hotel) telling me no cooking was allowed after the 'cleaners' spotted my AirFryer when they gave us clean towels (once, and no clean sheets or bins being emptied). Then on the final weekend when we had the smoke alarm going off several times at night and at morning as other families were cooking and more angry staff telling them off. The wifi was useless, I even tried connecting super early in the morning with no success - may as well not offer any. The laundy is coins only (they do tell you) so if you wish to chance your luck make sure you bring coins. The 'onsite' restaurant is chinese hotpot, with no options for my fussy nugget/pasta only kids. Save your $ stay elsewhere.
