Look 1 star for the staff member who was lovely 1 star for the AC, and the bed was good. Everything else… Well, I didn’t even know there was a pool until I came back here to review it! The room was VERY questionable. The stove was right out of the 1990s, same with the range hood falling off. The carpet was ‘new’ but a renovators delight, wasn’t tacked in, could not use the ‘balcony’ door was jammed shut. There was mould throughout the bathroom. If it wasn’t Christmas Eve we would have cancelled and gone else where.

Very run down

This is a good property to stay at. Lovely view of the city at night. Very comfortable bed. Very clean. Some improvements would be to have a bigger TV and make sure they put towels in the room. Staff were very helpful. Price a little high.

The air-conditioning didn't work at all . I went to use the pool and the gate was locked. Dodgy

We booked the apartment for 5 people but only received 2 towels. There were not enough blankets for every bed so i slept badly, as i was cold. The kettle didn't work reliably and the kitchen foor was sticky.

It was just so convenient for us from Toowoomba down for day surgery

Bathroom was very dirty.No washing up liquid or clothes to wipe plates.Some plates in the cupboard had dried food on them.Will not stay there again

Unsafe and filthy. I do not recommend this accomodation. Faulty exposed wiring, bathroom vanity base and interior full of mould and broken, DIY silicone to try to fix issues, cracked tiles are an injury hazard, the blinds fell off the wall, entry door damaged. DIY tiling, rotten filthy/mouldy window frames. Too much to list.

Staff were very helpful, but towels were not changed. Good idea to tie the air-con in with the entrance key. Shame that the bathroom had maintenance problems.

Liked location. Did not like the amount of noise at night and the window in bathroom not being able to be locked

Had awesome time vert friendly the room was good for the five of us and the kitchen was great and the view was awesome and so relaxing Could of done with another lounge I had 3 nights was good no noise

Over it’s good.

The motel and it's surroundings were good and I recommend it as a good place to stay.
