The hotel was clean and well-designed and stylish. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Check-in & out process was quick and easy.
The room was spacious and well-maintained.
The bed & pillow was very comfortable. The swimming pool was really good especially the parasols and the swimming bed colour were super nice (instagrammable colours around the hotel).

Good dining options, rooms are extremely well appointed for business and pleasure.

We first stayed at the Ardo the week it opened a few years ago. We were informed that it was running on a “soft opening” capacity and that some services wouldn’t be ready.
We have since stayed a few more times over the last few years and it does still feel like it’s not operating at full capacity. The rooms are nice. But you have to go next door to The Ville hotel to get breakfast and the rooftop restaurant doesn’t open until 2pm.
The pool is lovely and the design of the lobby and the rooms is very slick and feels very 5 star. But the lack of 5 star hotel facilities is a major problem for me and I’ll unlikely stay here again.
