很好的酒店，但住二樓沒有電梯，拿行李上落不方便。

Small room. Quiet and clean place. Location not bad. Breakfast normal with no surprises.

Great location near town with easy parking. The room was clean with a lovely modern bathroom. It is however located at the top of a hill and entry requires stairs

This place is near the top of a steep hill, not far from town but a hard walk home. The staff were very helpful, the room was nice with a reasonable view, but we didn't rebook due to the inconvenience of getting back after an evening out

The receptionist is so friendly, even remembers your name. The rooms are warm and light.

The weather wasn’t on our side but the hotel was comfortable warm and cosy. Good location and great check in.

Nice, comfortable clean motel. Its off the main road and on a steep drive, so a bit tricky to find but that makes it very quiet! Quite a walk to shops, so you would need a vehicle. Nice modern bathroom wtuh a superb rain shower which was lovely.

The property is located near the heart of Launceston. It was on a steep hill so to walk up from city maybe challenging for some (lucky they have parking!). The bed was a bit too soft to my liking but other than that the room was quiet at night and clean.

The outside is better

Very nice and contemporary feel to the accommodation. The room was well set up but a minor but obvious fault were the fabric covered chairs in the room were not clean and the fabric had worn with wear and needed refreshing. Well priced. Would stay again.

Appreciated last-minute availability, staff flexibility and helpfulness, good value for money, clean & good-condition room, air-conditioning, nice linens, and comfy bed.

Check-in was easy and receptionist was helpful and very friendly. Cleaning staff were also friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the bathroom was very smelly (shower did not drain fully this may have contributed to the smell?). The bed was uncomfortable (too hard) and the bar fridge was quite noisy and alot of street light penetrated at night, this all contributed to poor sleep. On a positive note no guest noise was apparent and complimentary bottles of water were provided. Overall we would not choose to stay again especially because of the bathroom smell.
