Room was clean.staff was excellent. Comfortable bed .the motel is in need of a bit of an upgrade .but overall was enjoyable.the inside pool is wonderful.very relaxing.

The artesian pool was piss poor,not much warmth ,very little properties,it was a big disappointment when that's the reason you booked there

Avoid this place at all costs. Upon entering our room, we found cockroaches and pubic hair in our room. The whole place is absolutely disgusting and the cleaners should be better trained or replaced.

Friendly service, basic room. Good breakfast. Felt safe and pool was warm.

Nice clean and comfortable room. They close the gate at night which made us feel safer. They no longer have the car charger which is in their listing, but they let me plug my car into a power point near the pool.

The location was quite good and it was good to have an artesian pool on the premises however the water needed to be a lot hotter in both pools.

The best thing about this Motel was the Artesian Bore Pool. We found it absolutely fantastic. A good temperature and being semi indoor it was protected. And free to guests. Great.

Our room was not cleaned dirty socks on floor blood on toilet seat and bathroom floor

The friendly people

The room was large and bed comfortable but carpet wasn't properly laid. Power cord for aircon. was just an extension cord draped across the wall and out to the unit. Not really worksafe.

Clean room. Comfortable bed although soft. Very small room. Little room for suitcases. We had day packs.

Liked warm inside pool Didn’t like ac not working and small basic room

Safe, broken, no lock in bathroom, stayed eight days, room was serviced just once, everyday I asked for toilet paper, coffee, tea and whatever we need in the room as it's been serviced just once in 8 days of our stay, our only consolation is the pool, very quiet and clean. Will not recommend to anyone

The spa pools are awesome

The old saying is that you get what you pay for. We have stayed here for at least three years. The inside pool was not as hot as it had been in the past. The rooms are comfortable, and a continental breakfast is a plus. For those who rate this motel poorly, it's likely because they expect to be treated at a four-star level and are not willing to pay for it. So, you will be hard-pressed to find a Sheraton or Hilton in Moree.

Good room at more than reasonable cost.

Staff were great! Included continental breakfast was good. The motel is just showing it's age. It is not bad, but this is why I would call it a 3 star - just average.

Stayed here for the Spa pool which we have stayed many times before. The pool needs cleaning as it was green and slimy. The room compared to other visits is very disappointing, small and smelly, pillows were dirty with stains and should be thrown out just for starters. The bathroom was alive with mould and the shower hasn’t been properly cleaned in this room for years. Very disappointing considering we have stayed here many times in the past for spa pools and most likely look elsewhere for our future visits.

Check in was just OK. NO information was forthcoming except i asked. Room tiny, bathroom dirty and mouldy. Linen was probably the only highlight. Artesian indoor pool was grotty - no way would i use it! Restaurant looked nice, but prices were expensive. Totally not recommending.
