Spectacular views, clean comfortable room. Close to public transport and an easy, safe 5 minute walk to Glenelg's Jetty Rd. It is even closer to the restaurants and boardwalk of The Pier. A worthwhile stopover and pretty good for an older hotel.

Its not actually like the photos the room is very tiny compared to what you see in the pictures its ok if you are a single and you dont care about the space i dont recommande for a couple
You hear people taking outside from inside the room the balcony is too small that if you put a chair you cannot move around the hallway is creepy and overall its not worth the money that you spend for it
