Hotel rooms could do with renovation. They are a bit dated and a little unclean. Reception and dining area was ok but rooms need some attending to

Clean rooms, great check in and check out experience. Ample parking. Great buffet makes it easy to feed kids and go onwards.

Easy check in process, pool with kids floaties, sun chairs. Great atmosphere in game room, bar area. Great location close to botanical gardens, mall and restaurants.

The location is great-situated right at the quiet end of Albury town but still convenient enough to walk to the restaurants and shopping mall. It's one of the more modern-looking hotels in the town. Self check-in and checked-out was a breeze. The room was clean and hot shower has good water pressure. The only thing that I couldn't get used to is the very dim lighting in the room. It was impossible to read comfortably in the room. I guess the hotel, like many others in Albury, is just the half way pit stop for traveller to put up a night while travelling between Melbourne and Sydney.

The beds were some of the most comfortable i have ever slept on

Staff were friendly, but stay was not what we hoped for. No coffee in our room, fridge not working- staff said only one person on so couldn’t come up and sort these issues out. Bed had no power points next to it- they were over the other side of the room. Nowhere to put soap in bathroom so it just messed up whole sink. Food in restaurant not nice- again the staff were nice, but overall very average stay. We booked two rooms and had hope for quite a bit more for the price.

Great location, easy parking. Hotel is starting to age a bit with the beds becoming too soft but overall a good stay!

Great faciltiies especially for kids, kid friendly hotel with games room, pool, and kids dessert and breakfast options. Great location, walking distance to botanic gardens and shops. Comfortable and spacious rooms.

Small selection of hot foods, ample continental breakfast. Not sure about the extra charge for barista coffee or for alternative milk. Hotel was empty however was allocated to room on back overlooking construction site and works early in the morning waking me up
