New property so room hardware in very good condition. However, house keeping not doing enough: (1) Safe in room was locked by previous guest, after raising the issue to front desk, nobody came to unlock it for 2 days. (2) Bathroom floor and dining table was not cleaned properly every day. Hair or stain still be found on bathroom floor even after housekeeping. Same issue for the dining table and the kitchen bench.

Friendly and efficient staff. Well laid out room. Easy to access secure parking. Small supermarket next door for self catering in the very good kitchen.

Check-in was a bit disconcerting as I didn’t expect the coffee shop to be the reception! Apart from that, staff were friendly and communication was clear. Loved that I could walk to the market!

Super clean and convenient and walking distance to bars, restuarants and Adelaide Oval

Stayed for a few nights with my partner on our trip to Adelaide. Room was very large and spacious! Unfortunately we didn't have much of a view, but it was nice to have a balcony to eat breakfast on in the mornings. Staff were great and very helpful. Location was fine for us as I am from Adelaide originally and know my way around, but it could feel a bit spaced out for someone who has never been to Adelaide before. Pool was great, gym was great, wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Great location, and really enjoyed the pool and sauna facilities

The room was large and comfortable, nice to have a decent sized place with a kitchen and washer/dryer. A bit off the beaten track, but walkable. The room could be a bit cleaner.

Easy check in, great staff, excellent location, fabulous amenities

We stayed at the Avani Apartments during the Tour Downunder. After a few minor difficulties were solved the apartment was fabulous. We’ll be back!

Great position for city adventures

Pool looks very nice, however I was the only one using it in our first day, and the only one getting sick (no restaurants before this, so eating exactly same as the rest of my family) Also originally we got a bad room, not only not what we booked but really bad, with dripping noise, almost no kitchen bench top etc…

Good property with lots of amenities and good staff

Should have more attention to other reviews - smell in the corridors, dirty and stained couch, dead fly stuck to the print on the wall, and tiny double bed. Room not like what’s pictured (bed not near the big window). Good bits - the shower, balcony (although views from lower floor not great) and IGA next door.

Spacious apartment in terms of lounge and kitchen abd bathroom. Small bedroom. Amazing included breakfast. Could have done with extra towels, toilet paper etc since we were staying for 5 nights. Housekeeping wasn't included but extra supplies would have been good because of this. Nice pool. Good location. Great gaving an IGA downstairs.

The one and only issue is the efficiency of the reception desk. It is tight on space and only ever has one person on and it feels like they take a long time on any task. I had to go down three times to ask to get my room serviced which was very frustrating. Overall fantastic accommodation and I will definitely stay again but they need to slicked up the check in and support services

Was a fantastic apartment except for shower drain which smelt terrible. We advised staff who said they would deal with it
