Older but clean. Staff very accommodating and friendly. People with mobility issues need to check where they are put. Steep sites. Steps down to rooms need upgrade. Very small treads and very steep. Facilities and surrounds well maintained. Lovely bush setting.

Good value, good spot

Our room was large and spotlessly clean. Restaurant/Cafe was extremely pleasant with good food and atmosphere and the Hotel reception and Cafe staff were cheerful and helpful. Overall a wonderful experience and we will stay again if we travel in the area in the future.

The room was beautiful. The unexpected cleaning of the room the next morning even though staying a second night was lovely. Everything you would need for a vacation was accounted for including the cafe and restaurant.

Comfortable

Lovely quiet bush setting close to hotel for drinks and dining. Onsite Cafe for breakfast. Outdoor seating area off room with wildlife wandering around.

I loved the whole setting, spacious room, balcony was a bonus, walking in the bush, the pool looked very inviting. However I found the bed way to firm for my liking & pillow very uncomfortable. Overall a great place to stay & will return again.

The mattress is very old, it really needs update. The trees outside the room is nice, the room is nice with nice wooden beams visible.

Amazing guys

This property is a bit uphill so a bit of steep walk from the main road but overall large villas, well stocked, a bit dated but overall 5mins drive to terrigal beach stayed for a weekend and no issues at all. Big rooms, good AC, and has washer and dryer.

A bit difficult to drive into the accommodation parking area.

During my walk, the surrounding bush was pleasant; however, my overall stay was unpleasant. The staff exhibited unacceptable behavior, being abusive, unpleasant, and unkind. The premises were unclean, and I had to utilize another villa to cook. Unfortunately, it was mouldy, and I had to clean the oven with oven cleaner. The carpet was filthy. I relocated to one of the better villas out of the three worst ones. The villas require renovation, as they are old and emit unpleasant odors. I would never stay there except in a crisis situation.

On the main road into Avoca. Linked to a pub with a half decent bistro and some nice spaces indoor and out. Rooms functional and well maintained, but smell of cheap chemicals. Reception staff nice. Did the job for one night, but you have to drive anywhere (eg Avoca). I walked home at night and that was a bit hairy as no footpaths and minimal lighting. But cheap and was only one night for me

Comfortable motel with spacious rooms and a great restaurant, in a very central location in the Central Coast. Perfect for a weekend away. Will be staying again!

Certainly different, building needs to be updated, reception & accommodation two different entrances & a long way apart. Very expensive for what & where it is.
