very good location whatever u choose to drive or walk.
very easy to reach river side if u just need to walk couple minutes eastbound or southbound.
the nearby community is also very good , silent & safe, just few steps to the beautiful Wellington square(park).

Clean, great location, awesome water pressure in shower. Not sure about the change to charging $15 for parking - never had to pay for parking at a motel before. Makes the hotels in the area a better deal, instead of this cheap and cheerful motel.

Room smelled stuffy as did bedding and towels - also found 2 very alive cockroaches in the room. Windows visible spider webs. Window no privacy treatment in kitchen area.

We have stayed at this motel many times due to its convenient location near food outlets. We also appreciated the free secure parking, but were very disappointed to find that parking is now being charged at the rate of $15 a night.
