Check in lady was very pleasant and friendly.

The motel has had its day.

Very quiet location close to town, needs more electric wall sockets, only found 1 double, needs another near the kettle and toaster, bed was comfy but did end up meeting in the middle!

While the property itself is okay, the rating is regarding the poor customer service of the property. Unfortunately the property owner chose to stop communicating and refused a refund ä when there was an order to prepare for evacuation for Ballina CBD in place during tropical cyclone Alfred issued by NSW State Emergency Services. 0 out of 0

I had the friendliest checkin experience. Motel is fine, in a quiet street,the rooms have been somewhat renovated. The air-conditioning could have been positioned better, but in general ok for the price.

We were there during the Cyclone so it was very wet but the staff were very helpful.

Amazing! Beds were very comfortable. Room was very clean. It was great having a dip in the clean swimming pool. Thank you so much.

One of the cleanest and best appointed motels I’ve stayed at. Well cared for and maintained, quiet and close to town. Highly recommended.

I have stayed at the Ballina Travellers Lodge twice now and will continue to stay here. It is clean, central, quiet, very nice and the staff are always very welcoming.

This neat, clean and tidy single story motel was a terrific find in Ballina. Well located to the riverfront with coffee shops, restaurants and a Woolies supermarket within a short 5 minutes walk. The best feature of this motel was its common area, containing a fridge, cooktop and microwave with lots of equipment supplied for meal preparation. There was a dining table and lounge area with a large TV and board games- a great idea for families or travellers looking to save some money on entertainment and eating out. There was also a guest laundry and free car parking outside your room.
