The B&B is situated in a convenient location between the main street of Bathurst and Mount Panorama on a beautiful hillside location.

Large comfy room. Very clean. Friendly hosts with full breakfast in the morning. My only problem was Internet was not great downstairs and TV channels are very limited but if asked whether I would stay again my answer would be definitely yes

Stayed here a couple of times and have all been positive every time I stayed. Therese and Andrew are lovely people who will make you feel like home. Rooms are cleaned, location is good, breakfast is nice as well. Will definitely be coming back.

Everything was good as expected. Great hosts, lovely property, breakfast filling. Only minor thing was the towels - they were very stiff and hard. Yet the bath robes were silky smooth?
But overall a very enjoyable experience.
