The family room we stayed in was big, quiet and clean. You can also see the sea view from the window. The only thing is that the facilities are a bit old, but it is worth the price.

A charming old motel in a lovely location, with great views.
I had a chuckle when they asked me to copy (by hand!) all the booking details they had already collected via my booking... and then proceded to hand that piece of paper back to me as my invoice! Not sure the meaning of this odd ritual, but it was part of the charm!
The room was spacious and well-equipped. Staffing difficulties meant it wasn't quite ready when we arrived, but they got onto that pretty quickly and without cutting any corners.
Overall, a great stop in a beautiful location, with much to recommend it!

The room was clean but when in the shower , I touched the showerhead and the whole thing broke off into my hand. Water shooting into my face. Couldnt be fixed as the metal pipe was rusted and snapped. Asked to move rooms but was fully booked. Women was very nice and offered us a shower in a single room but as it was storming that wasnt an option. Also vertical blinds didnt cover the whole window looking over a common balcony. Which has a flickering fluro light that was flashing in my face. Tv remote didnt work. Huge draft under doors. Wind made loud howl thru the closed windows. Nightmare after a 8 hr drive. Room was not fit to be rented. Women gave us $100 refund which we accepted.

Inside the room was fresh and clean with basic facilities for self-catering. However, noise from the neighbouring room was intrusive. Thankfully they took a hint at a reasonable time.
Outside the building is showing its age with signs of low-budget maintenance and nothing to enjoy in the grounds.
Beware the card surcharge adding a few dollars without notice. Very few local meals options within 1km walking distance on a Monday night, even in peak season.
