Everything very comfortable clean etc Couch was not the most comfortable

No USB points in room for this day & age

No elevators to first floor, you have to leave the property to get back to the lobby and the bar/cafe closed at 5.00pm

Brilliant stay at Belleview. Only there 2 nights but wish we could have stayed longer. Close to everything. Highly recommend

Nice hotel but would be nice if the rooms came with a microwave too especially For $300 a night. Otherwise it was decent

The bed at the Bellevue on the Lakes was very comfortable and the room was very spacious.

Bellevue on the Lakes is in a great location, our room had water views and was within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Staff were very friendly and we had a lovely breakfast at Albert and Co. Would definitely stay here again.

My booking stated a room with a view, however, we did not receive a room with a view. There also is not a lift, elevator.

We had a great time, Thank you, we will be staying again

The property had all the facilities we were looking for and more. It was well maintained and clean. The beds were really comfortable too. The kids had fun on the pool as well. The only downside is that we could hear the activities (from the door knocking, showers and toilet flushing) from the adjoining apartments while we were inside. Wouldn't say that's a deal breaker though.

The location was good the tv did not work the room we stuffy no fresh air no windows the shower was terrible we had a spa room with spa but no bath salts or anything to put in the spa so we did not use it the view from the main window was good but the window fogged up I would not recommend this property and it was over priced for what it was

We stayed in Family Room 24. While we could hear people talking and TV sounds from both adjacent rooms - that’s fine. However, a loud, harsh noise coming from the pipes disturbed us throughout the night. We’re not sure of the exact cause. It was quite disruptive, though we chose not to request a room change during the night as our child was sleeping well. We reported the issue to reception upon checkout but have not yet received any follow-up.

Clean safe BUT stairs we where not told about but all staff very good.
