I canceled this booking 8days before, obviously this establishment does not want to refund, if this is their way of making money than your company does not need to be tied up with, my next move is consumer protection, this will do your company no good.

Great value for money! Nice size room which was very clean and comfortable. I was able to check in earlier which was a bonus after being on the road for a number of hours. The room had all that I needed plus a microwave. The shower was over a very deep spa bath which needs a grab rail for safety. The beds are very low and the mattress is hard. A thick mattress topper would be nice. There is a pub close by which has a reasonable meal selection at good pub prices. I would stay here again.
