朗塞斯顿美居酒店

In general the accommodation is more or less good in terms of location, room space and cleanliness. However I did have a not so nice experience during checkin. I have got an email from the hotel offering me an upgrade to level 5 or 6 before my stay, which I have confirmed the acceptance via email. But when checked in the hotel on 27-09-2025, I was told by the reception that the offer and confirmation did not appear in their system and the upgrade was not validated. This has caused some chaos then. I have to stay in a room on level 3 to the end of my trip.

The location is good but the facilities are a bit old.

The staff are friendly and always wear a big smile. The room is big though a bit dark and worn, but it's still cozy to stay. There's a restaurant inside the hotel. The food are average but at least convenient.

Very conveniently located and has sufficient car park spaces. Street parking is also available outside the hotel. A traditional hotel accommodation with a good enough small restaurant for a short stay in Launceston

great location which stated in the heart of Launceston, walking distance to sites. Friendly and efficient staffs. Room in normal condition

Room was old, bathroom was not clean had hair in it. Room smelt musky.

Great staff. Nice room close to food and shops

Room was clean, and comfortable and the Hotel is in a great location for walking to City area one drawback was shower over bath but this is minor issue

restaurant is a little average and the menu needs an overhaul, property and room getting a little worn and dated Parking is a joke, they rent out the parking space to the general public so good luck getting a spot even after you have paid for one. I will not return

Situated near the centre of town. Rooms nice but bathrooms could do with an upgrade. I’m not tall but shower in the bath was low

Always good place to stay

Large rooms in the heart of the CBD, good room service and restaurant and in room entertainment. My only issue is that parking is limited on site and it can be difficult to get a spot overnight.
