No Services and you MUST remove ALL your rubbish from the flat. Not suggest to no car customer. Old furniture. Not worth the money.

Mold in ensuite & shower heads in both bathrooms didn't work properly. Bedroom light didn't work. Fridge door didn't close properly. Bedroom door falling apart. Not impressed with the customer service. On a positive the views from the balcony were great and the pool was nice. Would've liked it if the pool table was free and not a pay per game.

Bedrooms are too small to move around.

21st floor was fantastic just a pity there was 27 klm wind and up that high sounded like you are in a jet aircraft difficult to sleep other wise perfect

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The Pools and Spa were great and we used the BBQ area. A couple of blocks from the tram. Bus Stop is close by. Just back from the beach. The only negative is our room only Fans in the Bedrooms and During the hot months, the Airconditioning Does not reach.

Great location, great ammenities especially for kids on a wet day.

Everything but the carkpark was great. Very comfy stay, good facilities, good location. Didnt like that I needed to remove roof racks just to access the carpark.

Average. Apartment is massive sized but outdated. Random color and style blankets in the wardrobe that don’t feel clean. Not enough toilet paper rolls for 6 nights stay for 4 people and gave a fuss sparing us an extra roll of toilet paper. Lots of cleaning requests for guests including tidying up all dishes and emptying rubbish bins. Didn’t feel like it’s a holiday.

The view was spectacular, you get city view and beach view. The apartment sizes are huge, plenty of space. I found the main bed was quite firm and uncomfortable to sleep on, thats my opinion though. The two single beds were much more comfortable. They also have a indoor and outdoor pool. Short walk to the beach. Would definitely go back.

The aartment managers were quick to debit for a security deposit but are yet to refund it. The was remnants of snack food on the living area floor that had not been cleaned up.

We stayed in a superior 3 bedroom apartment on the 18th floor. The apartment was well featured and quite spacious, with lovely views of the beach / ocean and our over the lawn bowls and soccer fields. The kitchen was well appointed with adequate utensils, crockery, and cutlery. Hotel facilities include a tennis court, indoor and outdoor pools, table tennis, pool table, and communal BBQ area. Front desk staff were friendly friendly and helpful.

Very spacious apartment with excellent amenities. The views were spectacular and the staff and residence were helpful and friendly.

Apartment was clean and spacious. It was located halfway between surfers paradise and broad beach, and was walking distance to both. Very happy.

Location is perfect for what we were after. Spacious clean apartments, comfy beds and furniture. I was a bit disappointed that the outdoor furniture and patio hadnt been cleaned and felt really dirty. The carpark was too low for my 4wd so i had to park on the street on the second night, across the road anď up a little side street. It made me uncomfortable and a bit concerned about leaving my car so far away. The ladies on the desk were lovely!

The view from our superior apartment on the 21st floor was spectacular. The apartment was spacious & quiet.

Very handy for the beach, twenty minutes walk to Surfers Paradise or Broadbeach. The facilities - swimming pool, sauna and spa were really good; the apartment was spacious and modern, and had a balcony with super sea views.

Good location, friendly and helpful staff. Good amenities, perfect for a family with kids.
