BIG4 塔斯曼度假园区 - 罗威湾

五人入住，小屋面績細，室內設備不足，衛生整潔一般，床寢設備更失望！浴室太小，是最大敗筆！唯地點可以一讚，海濱花園只一路之隔，舜步即逹。

Great place to stay

Room was adequate and modern. Shower and bathroom small but what was expected. Grounds are neat and attractive. Lived the little verandah out front for my morning cuppa.

Great stay and good spot

This was our 2nd stay at Big 4 Tasman Parks, Rowes Bay in an En-suite Studio. The staff are always welcoming, the bed’s very comfy, the studio is extremely clean and the gardens in the park itself are beautifully kept. We love the location, across from the beach for a late afternoon or early morning walk. Will definitely stay next year when in Cairns again.

Very pricey for what is offered.

There was food left over in the freezer that appeared to have been in there for a very long time. It looks like it might have been chicken a very long time ago but was now white and partially frozen over by the freezer that was in major need of a defrost. The bed was like sleeping on concrete. the cutting board had left over food on one side

I had a great time, hassle free, staff were friendy, I would suggest uprading the laundry facilities or allowing change to be purchashed with EFT.

Beautiful people one care taker even found me a phone charger.

We travelled for kids footy games, kids were so excited to see the park and the triple bunks. Was such a good experience for wveryone

We stayed in B03 and unfortunately the cabin hadn’t been cleaned to an appropriate standard. It was missing a fourth fork, the cupboard floor was dirty, the kitchen shelving had bread crumbs scattered at the back of it and the chairs inside hadn’t been wiped down. When we arrived, there were two minute noodles and rubbish at the door step. The fire alarm went off twice through the night for no obvious reason and the air conditioning unit was making noises that made it hard to sleep. The pool and scenery across the road made up for some of the lacklustre of the unit.

Good for families

Smoke alarms keep going off at random times. Would only stay for 2 night

ONLY ISSUE WAS THE WIFI WHICH WAS VERY POOR. As I had work to do, this was a bit irritating.

Awesome place to stay

I was here during the floods and the surrounds were damp and not inviting. I arrived very late and they made the process of finding and accessing my room very easy. They had the aircon on so the room was cool and dry. Basic equipment, tea and coffee available. Good value for money.

Shower area could be a bit bigger, apart from that, everything was good. Staff was really helpful and polite.
