We are a family of 2 adults and 3 children. We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment for 7 nights over December/January. The apartment was very spacious and perfect for our family. Lovely resort with friendly, helpful staff. We will definitely be staying again 🙂

Good pool but poor management. Told to come back later as they were still cleaning it after it opened at 8am. Lazy staff should have cleaned before 8am.

Great resort very convenient to cafes and restaurants, rooms are very clean beds could be more comfortable, second bedroom needs air conditioning as it can get quite hot in there. Overall a very nice choice of accommodation.

The location was fantastic, unfortunately we were there at a time when a lot of work was being carried on and the exercise or gym room was not available, which we were not advised in advance. Besides that, we enjoyed our stay very much and the staff was extremely helpful. We'll definitely be back.

Place is nice for families, kids loved the pool area, balcony overlooking the pool, and have a nice view of the lake. Few mins drive to shops, and lakeside restaurants. WiFi wasn't working/not available in the rooms, balcony, etc but seems to be available only when you're very close to reception - but that won't stop me and family from coming back though.
