It is a nice place to rest. The surrounding areas are nice and quite.

清洁度服务以及酒店位置都很好，可以免费停车。唯一不好的是没有电梯。住二楼行李多的话会不方便

剛進到房間內，覺得很悶熱，把空調打開並把溫度調低，過了好久還是覺得房內很悶熱，傳簡訊給飯店，飯店人員很快的幫忙把問題解決了，雖然時間很晚，但飯店人員還是很親切的解決問題，非常謝謝他們幫忙，才有舒適的一晚。

Beautiful location, excellent room, amazing staff

Rooms are always clean, and the facilities are pretty good. The young girl on reception with the piercing through the nose, similar to a cow, is a definite turn off, hence i did not stay later in the week.

The staff were incredibly friendly, the room was in excellent condition, and the thoughtful touches for our dog were amazing. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and had a very comfortable stay. Thank you! 🐶✨

Received a room upgrade which was very welcome. Unfortunately, room lacked convenient plugs for charging mobile devices. There were sufficient plugs but they were not close to the beds.

The photographs included in this properties listing suggest that there are loads of food and other facilities in the venue when in fact they’re in neighbouring properties owned by the same hotel group a few streets away While I appreciate that this is classed as a ‘historical’ hotel i assumed this would mean reasonably contemporary fittings in the bathrooms and new beds etc. To be clear this is an old property with basic 90s bathroom fitouts and no dining options. Felt like an older ski lodge or something. Was booked for two nights but the bed was so soft and unsupported I woke up with a backache and checked out early the first morning. No flexibility from the staff at all for even a partial refund for the second night.

Really cute place. Staff could be a little softer in their customer service, I called up to check what time the sauna hours were and I was put on hold for three minutes - after coming off hold I asked the question and had a one word answer. No follow up of reopening times. Otherwise it’s a really cute place and nice area to unwind

Enjoyed the stay - room was quiet and the beds were comfortable. The hotel was built so that the front and back look identical. The hotel guest parking is at the back. If you see a sign for a spa, you are at the rear of the hotel.

Make the Spa available to guest?

We had a lovely stay .. The facilities of the day spa and gym was great. Hotel parking was full but street parking was available. Staff were always friendly, we would stay again!!

Nice hotel and good area. Bit of false advertising as the main photo with the chairs next to the pool is not accessible to hotel guests so not sure why they include it in the hotel photos.
