對住宿的整體都好滿意，只係地點交通比較不方便，需要自駕游。 但是對貴公司所提意的Tiger Airline的職員由Brisbane回Sydney，她指我旳手提行李重，但是我地三個人只帶一個約6.5Kg. 我收到你的Email寫明女人手袋及背包都不計在手提行李的重量內，她堅持所有帶上機都要計算。同時我們發覺她只係檢查亞洲人，有種類其事的可能性。我們同佢講理由，她說佢講話係就係，唔好同佢爭拗，希望貴公司向Tiger Airline反映，他們的員工使我以後都不會乘佢哋任何航機。

I've stayed here before and had no problems, however this time was somewhat different. Air conditioning in our room didn't work and the room was very hot. I contacted the front desk about this and they said they would send someone up, but there was no change to the situation, and I heard nothing further from the staff. The front desk was also closed a fair portion of our stay over the weekend. The room also smelt odd, there was a clumb of something weird half squashed into the carpet, and one of the beds was made with a mattress protector instead of a duvet. The pool was very nice, however the spa and sauna were both cold. On the otherhand, the location here is quite good, and quite easy to get to CBD/Southbank via ferries.

Everything was fine, didn't use the facilities as it was a 1 night stay but I did check them out.Could easily spend a week here.

My card had no access to the gym from room 346 and couldn’t receive a card till the day we checked out on Sunday not happy.Also the ladies were very kind and approachable at the office but there English needs to be addressed as we are in an English speaking country other than that all good.

The check in process could be better we waited four hours after the check in time to get access to our room. The staff werent very helpful throughout this time

The apartment was like a motel room. Very small. No kitchen but a microwave in a cupboard along with dish ware, etc. No toaster. We could keep it cool with a celing fan and air conditioning. cool with a good zair conditioner

The room was in terrible condition- routine maintenance badly neglected and dirty

Fixtures and fittings were a little dated. Clean and great location.

Great location, fabulous pool… was on 10th floor with incredible views

The 3 bedroom apartment we had was the perfect size, had an amazing view. The inside is a little older. Only recommendation I would make would be replacing the old sagging couches and the broken bedside table lamps (in every room).

Nice room, great location with brilliant outside space too - would certainly recommend and will return in the future. Staff on site if you need anything which is always good

The appartment was more than i expected. Very clean and well maintained. The only issue i had was that the shower took an age to reach the desired temperature. But on the whole i was delighted with the facilities. The staff were all very friendly and also very help.

Fantastic pool, clean and tidy apartment with nice views over the river. Overall a great location with lovely neighbourhood pubs and cafes, and convenient to the city and Southbank by ferry.

Toilet was running when I got there. It was fixed, but the room itself was dingy. I asked for a single larger bed and instead got two twins despite being told that it would be one when it was requested ahead of time. I couldn’t stay because there also wasn’t laundry at all. Not actually an apartment unit that you’re renting as advertised in this listing. Zero noise cancelling in the room and could hear the highway all night despite wearing earplugs. Pillows were also stained. For these reasons, I had to leave after only one night, but accidentally left my charger and adapter, none of which were able to be recovered despite continuous efforts and going back the next day after realizing my mistake. Staff had stolen it and never emailed me back about it.
