房間有異味

A very good Choice for me to stay a few days in Gold Coast, the price is reasonable. By the way, more rubbish bags and rolls of toilet paper can be provided for guests in accordance with their number of days staying in the apartment.

We stayed there for 5 nights. The first day we entered the apartment, the chairs and table were randomly lied on the balcony. The table glass was broken into pieces and spread on the balcony. We emailed the room service and it got fixed on the next day. The second night (23rd Dec 2018, 11pm), we found a big cockroach on the pillow. It was still alive and moved around the bed. We spent plenty of time to catch and kill it. As there were no bedding items available for replacement, we could only clean the bed with tissue and towels. We emailed the room service on 24th Dec to see if there are any replacement of bedding items. Understand there may be a delay of response during the Christmas holiday. Unfortunately we have not received any reply from them. It is totally unacceptable! My family and I couldn’t sleep well since then. The scene of cockroach was recalled all the time. It was a nightmare to us. It spoiled our holiday just on the second night of the trip! Last, the water flow of the shower was very slow that we couldn’t enjoy a good shower after a long day in the Summer.

Staff were excellent but rooms could use a bit of a deep clean. Water blast the balcony make sure the kitchen floor is mopped etc. Good location with a decent sauna.

Great indoor pool, heated. Indoor spa and an outdoor pool heated too. Direct access to the street, and cafes.

Lovely place to stay for a walk along the beach. Loads of great restaurants and coffee shops a stone's throw away. In the heart of Broadbeach but rooms are so quiet and well presented. Definitely my new go-to place to stay on the Gold Coast

This is our 4th or 5th stay at The Phoenician and won’t be our last. We were in room 2714 which is a 2 bedroom apartment on the 7th floor. This was our second time in this apartment and hopefully we can stay in this apartment again. It’s clean, quiet (a little bit of road noise and noise from the bars and cafes downstairs but not enough to keep us awake) and it’s in a great location. The staff at Broadbeach Holiday Apartments are very friendly and welcoming. We look forward to staying again.

We arrived early morning on Good Friday from an overnight flight. Even though everything was closed the owners ensured we were looked after and able to check in to get a rest. Greeted by a beautiful older man who was very polite and helpful.

Location was great staff were very friendly and parking easy. Rooms were spacious and clean.
