I used to live in the area, so everything was familiar and comfortable. The service was great, the staff were friendly and helpful. Hopefully I can book in again for my next trip to the Gold Coast as it definitely was value for money 👌

The room was very clean and well supplied for an appartment stay. Main issue - we had a room on the second floor - no lifts, so had to lug bags up four flights of stairs... but obviously we didn't research enough. Other comments - rather run down but that is to be expected in a property of this age and price. If cosmetices and stairs aren't a problem, I'd highly recommend this property.

Staff were great, couch was filthy and stained. Cockroaches around the kitchen and floor. Bed was comfy and clean

Couldn’t manage 3 flights of stairs for a 70yr old, my husband cut his hand open on the way to our room. No help or assistance from reception. 😡

Parking was off street and asdigned. Some some distance from building. Spaces small and somewhat difficult. No lift

What a disgusting hell hole. It was dark, dirty, noisy and so bad we couldn't stay there. Absolute disgrace. They shouldn't be listed on Wotif!

It is practical, easy to locate and find parking, and affordable for families.

Rude staff. Would never recommend.

A bit run down but price was good

Run down with poor security and noisy from the road but close to cafes and eateries

The staff were excellent making the check in/out a very smooth and quick process. They went out of their way to assist me. The facilities were well above the current rating. Room and amenities were very good, Pool an excellent way to start and finish a day. Carpark space big enough for our large vehicle. Will visit and stay here again in the future. I recommend that people looking at this place for accommodation go past all the negative reviews and decide for themselves, you will be pleasently surprised.

Extremely loud position. Room was 10meters off a set of lights on a highway. Flet I was trying to sleep on a race track all hours of the night. I wondered why there was ear plugs on the room directory folder, I figured out why around 3am when I couldn’t sleep because of the thin glass and constant reving of cars.

If looking for the Ritz then no but there rooms are always clean, basic needs for a night or 2 and communication is always perfect

Was clean but parking was difficult and when we came back from being out our allocated space was taken by someone else

The property is in an okay location.

Rooms are very poorly maintained, we had several issues- tap spraying water everywhere, toaster broken, front security door broken and unable to be locked, glass doors bent meaning they could admit insects, wardrobe doors not able to be moved. Staff rectified some of these issues but in general the room was in very poor condition, and did not smell nice. It also was insufficiently clean. Cooking utensils such as saucepans were in poor condition - flaking with unsafe to use Teflon. Positives- a full size fridge, comfortable beds, commercially cleaned linen.

It was very basic but served my needs fine, wouldn’t stay more than a few days at a time but would stay again Bed was comfy but not made properly Grounds were lovely Rooms could do with a little maintenance But over all a pleasant stay (once found car park and room as directions not clear by receptionist)
