The one-bedroom apartment is very spacious, very clean kitchen and bathroom. Only suggestion would be a floor lamp near dinning area would be great.

Breakfast buffet included in the package was horrendously crowded with narrow access between food stations, plates and cutlery hard to find, food unappealing.

It took three times to get the key right to the correct room. The reception gave us the wrong room which somebody already there awkward much. Somebody vomited in the lift which took forever to be cleaned. The check out stuff was in no rush to check guests but to mingle with friends.

Receptionist Emma was extremely nice & friendly, very impressed.

It was a great stay. We were down in Canberra for a birthday celebration for my daughter. Very good location and the hotel is very clean, quiet and comfortable. Staff are super friendly and the services are great. Had a casual chat with staff at reception and told them about the the occasion. Next thing we know, there was a knock at the door and its was a cake with a sign saying Happy Birthday. They made sure we were treated well and went with that extra step with the cake. Overall, its wonderful stay and experience. Kids loved it.

Stayed here for two nights and most importantly was incredibly warm for the duration (we stayed mid-winter!) It's a funny place to stay, while check-in is at the hotel foyer, the apartments are located at 1 and 5 Macquarie St, so entering them is via a different location. So if you're staying in an apartment, don't expect it to be the same as a regular hotel stay. I'd equate it almost to a serviced apartment. Not that it detracted from the lovely room or anything, we were both comfortable. The living area was massive, and there was a dining table and chairs. The kitchen had a full fridge and freezer, a microwave oven and a dishwasher. There was also an induction stovetop for cooking (we didn't cook during our stay). The parking situation involved a separate fob (rather than a room key), so if you have more than one car for your booking, you'll have to pay $20 a night extra for the additional fob. Our booking included a buffet breakfast which takes place at nearby Ostani which is part of the Hotel Realm. The selection was the normal fare. Overall, a comfortable stay, but having stayed at Hotel Realm previously, I would stay there instead given the choice.

Great place to stay

I had an amazing experience at Burberry Hotel! The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, being incredibly helpful and welcoming. The hotel itself is gorgeous, clean, and in a lovely location. I can’t recommend it highly enough!

Excellent value for money.

Comfortable, executive short stay hotel vibes. Free parking onsite and breakfast was great. Despite the beautiful hotel room fit out that gives luxe feels, there was a missed opportunity in having soft close anything. So I found that I was inadvertently slamming cupboard doors and toilet seats.

Would have liked to have an armchair or second chair in the room as two people were staying.

Good location but also 2 bedroom apt is great for family
