整体可以，地点方便。 唯一的问题是房龄旧了点，还有就是游泳池有缺陷，我朋友的孩子膝盖撞到游泳池里边上的尖角，要马上去医院缝了两针。

The apartment (Rm 81) is spacious and has wonderful ocean view. The location is also very convenient, with lot of restaurants and a convenience store nearby. The walking distance between the apartment and the Reef Fleet Terminal is around 15 minutes. The reception counter only has staff on weekdays during daytime. If you need to check in during non-office hour, you will need to call the staff through the Intecom. Besides, the renovation and furniture are a bit aged, but not a big problem.

We stayed in Apt #66 for 5 nights. The location is good but we got bugs bite. Requested for change of bed sheets but couldn't help much. To our surprise, there are many ants etc in the apartment. Not sure if other apartment got the same problem but we will not stay here again!

８月14日から4泊しました。ロケーション最高で、どこに行くにも便利でした。部屋は広く快適に過ごすことができ、またここに泊まりたいと思いました。ただ一つ、到着日8時に荷物預かってもらえると思ってフロントでお願いしましたかが、ホテルではないので預かれないとのことでした。気をつけてください！

Some small issues with maintenance

Apartment nice, building a little tired, carparking awkward, wonderful view, wonderful location

I left a pair of my designer sunglasses in the apartment, and couldn’t find it, thought I left in one of the shops while shopping. Shortly after we checked out, I received an email asking if we left my glasses behind. Very professional and honest. Greatly appreciate. The place and clean and gave me a welcome vibe! I highly recommended.

Fantastic location. Awesome ocean views. Bathrooms were quite modern. Kitchen needs updating

Location of the property was excellent. Lots of dining options within 1 block. Furniture was tired however. Leather on sofa was cracking. Requested the two single beds in second room be made into one, although this was done, they remained two beds with 1 cover. Most accommodations have a mattress pad linking two beds together. The mattresses should be replaced, springs are wearing thru. In summary, stay for location, not for the bed. We provided our guests the main bedroom & received no complaints

We will be back, loved being able to walk to a number of good places to eat. The room we stayed in was very clean and well appointed for a holiday apartment. Richard who manages the place very responsive. We highly recommend.

The accommodations were nicer than we imagined even though the air conditioning in the master bedroom was not working well. The location far exceeded our expectations and our stay of 4 nights could of been 2 weeks to take it all in.

セルフチェックインが心配でしたが、入口のわかりやすいところにキーボックスがあり、メールで届いたコードを入力することで鍵をもらえました。 ケアンズ中心部に近く、観光にとても便利な立地でした。ショッピングモールも徒歩圏内です。施設自体は新しくないですが、清潔に保たれていました。私が宿泊したのはオーシャンビューのお部屋で晴れるととても景色が良かったです。大きな冷蔵庫や食洗機、さらにコーヒーメーカーもあり、とても心地よく滞在できました。タオルやシャンプーもありました。 共有施設のテニスコート用のボールがなかったことが唯一残念でした。 滞在中にお湯が出なくなるハプニングがありましたが、どうやらお湯のスイッチを間違えて切ってしまったためで、また出るようになりました。 フロントはスタッフの人がいる日といない日がありました。ゴミ捨て場がわからず聞きましたが、丁寧に教えてくれました。

Very disappointed with this property. The suite was outdated with mould in the shower and bedrooms. Kitchen cabinets were falling apart. Holes in the wall in the bedroom. Shower rusted. Smelt damp. Some of the lights not working. Did not feel like cooking here kitchen units smelt damp. Only 1/2 a toilet roll provided Other than that good base for day trips

We were impressed with the space, decor and cleanliness of the property but had a few issues. First, there was a leak of some sort in the bathroom. We mentioned to the manager but nothing was done. Next bugs! They came in under the sliding patio door! Lots of them! Lastly the dryer stopped working. The manager responded promptly to emails but nothing was done to resolve the issues. Granted the dryer was only on the last night. Still, 3 stars is generous

Apt was clean. Kitchen supply was good. Beds comfortable. Location was amazing… in the middle of a great area for dining. Only negative was the smoky smell in the place upon arrival

Older property which had been renovated. 2 pools below expectations. Close to restaurants. Well equipped kitchen.
