Really quiet, comfortable accommodation. Lots of places for dinner nearby. Easy base to explore Cairns due to the bus stop right outside!

Fantastic staff, service, accommodation is clean, quiet, comfortable, there is secure parking out the back of the complex. There is also a bus stop right out the front of the complex for transport into the city.
A 10 - 15 minute walk to the Earlville shopping complex/ Woolworths, coles, take away food options and other stores under one roof.
Great experience, stay will be back thank you!

Usually stay at this property and this visit would possibly be our last . There were unruly guests that were in room beside us that forced us to vacate our room around 12am the nest morning - I was unable to get the required amount of sleep for my next days work . Unstaisfactory.

I really love Wahhna the receptionist as she's very kind, friendly and great too chat with and really looks after me.
I heard that there was a break in and someone grabbed the master key and went thru the rooms...not sure if it's true or not.

We’ve just returned from a week at this hotel, not once did a cleaner come near our room. We put our bins outside the door, floor never vacuumed, sheets and towels never changed , we made our bed which is fine. Towels were so thin and stained I bought my own which I had to leave due to weight.Curtains were hanging off the tracks.

The lady, Wanna who was there was very polite and respectful..also had a wonderful smile and was very cherry too chat with...I would stay there everytime I flyout or flyin for my FIFO position..close too Balaclava In for a meal and entertainment..rooms were very comfortable also.

Restaurant and bar not available, free movies as advertised not available, no shade around pool, tv didn't work but they did replace it, no plugs available for bath, old and run down and too far from town.
