Great experience. Free onsite parking. Comfortable room, toilets and kitchen close. Light rail right across road and free at the moment. Grocery and takeaway out the back. Everything we needed for an inexpensive break

Very clean, tastefully refurbished old hotel/hostel accommodation. I felt relaxed staying here.
The room I booked had a sink with hot running water and use of communal bathroom which serviced a small number of rooms. Shower cubicles also had a bath!
The large communal kitchen was excellent to be able to prepare our own meals.
Parking was easy and free!
There was a great vibe about this place. Will definitely stay again.

Very close station just front of CAC.
The single bed is comfortable and easy to sleep in. The room is small but well-furnished and has plenty of storage space. It's a little old, but that's no problem. The shared kitchen and bathroom are clean and tidy.

It is the cheapest accomodation near the city and the rooms and common areas are always spotless. However sound insulation in the rooms is really poor. You can hear conversations from other rooms, in the hallway and outside traffic. The mattress and pillows are also not the most comfortable so I never get a great night’s sleep here.

Location is great. Old building. Some of the front office desk staff are good, some are grumpy/unhelpful. The toilets need better maintenance and more frequent cleaning. The rooms aren't quiet at all - a lot of noise/sound seeps in.
