Room was clean ( very simple ) but did the job for overnight stay. Staff lovely. Parking good Aircon heating great 👍

great central location, plenty of parking spaces, although an unusual layout, standard hotel amenities

Terrible experience. Carpet was soaking wet. Horrendous noise from the traffic. Room was dirty. Would hate to see what a uv light would show. Avoid.

Parking was abysmal, the air conditioning unit was last used on the Ark, as to room condition the kindest description would be, APPALING. If cleanliness is next to godliness, this property and room 109A must be in the dungeon's of hell. You can hear a pin drop in the rooms adjoining yours, not to mention above. Do not use this property if you are concerned about your car being there in the morning. Location is wonderful.

The parking was good , staffing were friendly and understanding. Overall it was excellent experience

Fabulous staff as always, suitable amount of parking this time. Room was clean, but as with the other times, the rooms are aging, basic up keep, maintenance makes a huge difference

Old musty overpowering smell in room, windows and window grills & sills filthy. Noise and car pollution from adjacent highway meant windows could not remain open to freshen the room. Very old property in desperate need of refurbishment.

Parking was easy and secure

I was blocked in Friday morning by a illegally parked car that didn't leave there registration number plate with office staff, being unable to find which room they were in so they could move their car ,after awakening a staff member we were able to squeeze my car out with minor scratches to my car, NOT VERY HAPPY,

Cleaners were cleaning the rooms next to me early in the morning. I went to a wedding the night before

We had a standard queen room with a kitchen on the ground floor. The room was nothing like the photos. All cabinetry was shabby and falling apart. Furniture was okay. Walls desperately needed painting. Some parking is available but nowhere enough parking spaces and nowhere to park within 500 metres of the hotel. Limited crockery and cutlery supplied. We have stayed here previously in a much nicer room. Did we get the worst room in the hotel? I would have asked reception to move us after the first night but the place was booked out. Will be looking elsewhere for our next trip to Perth.

Condition of furniture in room was poor, old and worn out with laminate peeling off, bed was soft with alot of movement. Carpet needed a clean. Bathroom was ok and was clean. Was a bed for the night, I guess but nothing flash about it.

Customer service

1st rm disgusting. Smell of stale smoke ++. Not true to photos. Kindly changed rm. 2nd rm Dated. Couch ripped.Curtains perished. WI-FI constantlydisconnecting & TV wheeling. Safe not operational. Some dodgy residents.

Canning Br Auto Lodge is old. It is unfit to stay in. In my room: Stained carpets, leaking toilet, fridge freezer door broken and falling off each time fridge door was opened, fridge leaked inside wetting most of my food items which i had to throw out, old hair dryer did not work, safe did not work, mattress old.No appliances are assigned safety check labels, most disturbing door lock is single ordinary bolt easily accessible. Lift stopped working for 24 hrs, i was on the third floor. Limited parking bays.

Staff were courteous The bathroom was fairly clean but floor could have definitely done with a vacuum n wash. I arrived late and the lighting around the corner was poor The aircon was very loud . Otherwise I was comfortable

You get what you pay for. Yes, it's a bit run down, and rough around the edges, but it's functional, and cheap. Most importantly, the staff were really lovely. It would be my first choice for budget accomodation in Perth. Highly recommended.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and courteous. They did everything they could to make my stay comfortable. Thank you.

WE DIDN'T STAY!!!!! My husband and I walk into the room ( 9a) and immediatly we looked at each other and said this room is disgusting! With that I ask for a refund but sadly I stuffed up and clicked the "no refund" button... anyway, we then decided we wouldn't stay in this filth, so we grabed our stuff and left the room to the office to get my "cash" deposit back. Got that and left! For $165 for a double room for the night, I expect something half decent, and this was FAR from decent. I WON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!! DON'T STAY HERE!!!!!!

Staff pleasant. Room needed vacuuming. Rest tired but clean. Parking limited.
