WE DIDN'T STAY!!!!! My husband and I walk into the room ( 9a) and immediatly we looked at each other and said this room is disgusting! With that I ask for a refund but sadly I stuffed up and clicked the "no refund" button... anyway, we then decided we wouldn't stay in this filth, so we grabed our stuff and left the room to the office to get my "cash" deposit back. Got that and left! For $165 for a double room for the night, I expect something half decent, and this was FAR from decent. I WON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!! DON'T STAY HERE!!!!!!

Staff pleasant. Room needed vacuuming. Rest tired but clean. Parking limited.

Room was ok but the canning hwy too noisy

very small room. and sooo noisy with the traffic. Nepalese receptionist was very nice and friendly.

Pretty much as expected for a budget overnight accomodation option. Very tidy and clean with good facilities in room. Negatives (as expected) being small room/bed size, traffic noise and variable hot water when showeringinthe morning (likley due to other guest showering at same time). Met our expectations thought for budget option and pleasanly surprised but tidiness and cleaniness. Happy to recommend but don t expect 4-star for budget cost. :-)

Clean and comfortable room, plenty of shops and restaurants nearby!

A very good value for money motel in a good location with easy access by car.

the closeness to the city of Perth,transport and road ascess, cleaning staff do an excellent job, keeping rooms tidy, BUT Didn't like the old room on the ground floor,everything needs renewing, chipped tiles in bathroom, cupboard door not closing, bed so mobile ,that when wife turned over l rolled out of bed, I had to hug side of mattress to stay in bed all night, heard every noise from floors above ,every shower and toilet flushing,constant noise of doors opening and closing,people talking all night ,the traffic on Canning Hwy constant, hardly sleep for 4 nights, poor lighting in room, I would NEVER go back there.

Clean and friendly staff

Room small but it was advertised as Budget so not really a complaint. Okay for me on my own.

Was not a pleasant experience. Room interior was extremely old and run down. Very noisy due to a number of rooms being booked to young men who just wanted to party, loud music, drinking and swearing. Reported this to management but nothing was done. Would not ever stay there again.

i arrived late but it was convinent

The room was small and dated. Tidy but not thoroughly cleaned. Tiny box shower with a curtain that sticks to your body. We hit our heads on the shower glass when trying to sit down on the toilet. Not our best experience to date.

Parking area safe, the room just what you need.

This hotel was in a great position for me south of the city. The staff were very friendly and the room was very clean with a large shower and the other facilities are a full size fridge, microwave, toaster and tea and coffee!! Just a little tired furniture but good value for money!!! And there's a Hungry Jack's across the road!!

I was asked multiple times if a guy Mark was still at the motel, they then to proceed to smoke from a crack pipe in there car right in front of me and my partner

The hotel is in a good location, and has easy onsite parking. The building and furniture is getting quite old and tired and is in need of some updates. The cabinets have probably had water damage as the doors are all swollen and getting mouldy. The room did have the essentials needed, clean linen etc.Reasonably priced compared to other accommodation.
