Kitchen was ok but dated. Electrical hazard under bench for dishwasher plug switch broken. Doors misaligned. Towels were not changed during our stay of 3 nights otherwise very nice unit

We’ve stayed at The Caribbean many times, and always have a wonderful stay. It’s very central to everything in Mooloolaba, right next to the beach and the esplanade, and has great facilities. The Management and Staff are always wonderful, very accommodating and friendly. Thanks again for a great time, and we’ll no doubt be back again soon 😊

Amazing location. Apartment had a great view, so close to shops, dining and beach. Pool area and rooftop spa amazing.

Great location, a lot of building maintenance noise

Pretty disappointed. We got a top floor premium room with a rooftop spa. The building was undergoing renovations and the painters set up in our rooftop area making it unusable for the first 3 days, there were other similar rooms that were vacant they could have used, we’d open the curtains and they’d be on our balcony, games room, main pool etc closed for Reno’s. On our last night there we had a not slipped under our door stating there was a triathlon on the following day and we’d Need to move our car to paid car park down the road or we wouldn’t be able to exit upon checkout. This meant not only paying for parking but have to move a weeks worth of luggage 2 blocks away when we left. If any of this was mentioned previously we would not have stayed here. Really disappointed

Rubbish bins outside our apartment on daily basis and tradesmen parking outside our apartment and constant smokers "yuk" (tradesman again) outside of the apartment

We had issues with our late check-in, the after hours service failed to answer us! We were fortunate someone came in & alerted the managers. The property is a little dated but weather permitting the pool area is good. Supermarket nearby along with a very easy walk to the Esplanade, great location.

Well situated -close to cafes shops & beach

I dont often leave a review. Staff offered genuine, sincere customer service such a lovely welcome from the ladies at the desk, makes a huge difference.

Everything within walking distance. Areas were clean and well kept. Great week away.
