Good location modern apartment crowded parking making difficult with children

This apartment is great location. Central to everything. The staff at this apartment are great. Extremely helpful and so friendly, kind and went above and beyond in making our stay relaxing and easy. Clean pool. Only dissapointing is the apartment is extremely run down

This property was very clean and tidy. The communication with the manager was awesome answered all our questions and was very helpful. Easy access to everything.

The shower need to be upgraded cockroaches running around in unit no dishwasher over priced poorly run

Great location, but could do with a spruce up.... My husband and I stayed at Carlton Apartments for 1 week, was a bit disappointing that we were given only one towel each and one only hand towel. Had to wash our own, then had no towel to use in the meantime..No room service at all, otherwise had a pleasant stay.

Place was infested with coacraches and full of mosquitoes When I turned the light on night multiple cockroaches were crawling on the bedroom floor and kitchen benches The bed linen was not clean and I sustained multiple bites in the bed Despite me raising the above with the property manager I was refused refund for the remained of the nights and was demanded I provide photos of this disaster - I could not tolerate staying one more night to serve this purpose Horrible customer service Staff disappeared from the usual admin area and avoided any interaction with me to solve the issue Horrible experience!!

Good position to Cavill Avenue and the tram. Very close to the beach

Was good value for money,good location,not the best hotel on the gold coast but wouldnt expect it for the price .

The washing machine broke down the first time I tried to use it on the 3rd night. Not fix. We booked a 2-bedroom apartment, and there is only one air conditioner unit in the dinning area. It apparently has motion sensor that shuts down after 30 minutes when no movement. Needless to say, you have to get up in the middle of a foxtel movie to keep the air cond unit running! And forget about a good night sleep, with the air cond auto shut down on it own, the ceiling fan in both bedrooms are too noisy to run at night, I have been getting up at least 3 times a night to turn on the air cond. The stand up fan the reception lend us on the second last night of our stay was too little relief too late. Beware of the housekeeping too, they came once during our 9-night stay. Well, what more can I say.

Amisha is great. Responded to all our querues. Closeness to the heart of surfer's paradise.

Apartment 22 - The apartment was clean and tidy but a little dated. Small leak in the main bathroom. great spot for a short break wouldnt stay with small children as hi-rise. 3 adults stayed - no sofa bed so must select 2 bedroom apartment or an additional charge.

My stay at Carlton Apartments was excellent. The apartments are in a fantastic position near Cavill mall and with the light rail station at the end of the road. The apartment was comfortable and extremely clean. We had ocean views from the balcony. A very pleasant stay.

Was good for price location was great very close to main beach, unit was not the cleanest but was neat an tidy lots of room.

Close to everything needed in Surfers Paradise, room has a good amount of space.

Hmmm would not stay here again needs to be highly updated

Floor was wet when arrived, was slimey and sandy. Bottle lids and cigarettes left on the verandah, someone else's hair on the pillows, sand in the bed, looked like it had just been remade not changed, glass over the floor and in the carpet, plates and cutlery not even cleaned properly. The lady at reception was very abrupt and needs to gain some more friendly communication skills.
