The rooms are spacious and tidy. It’s good to stay again.

Good arrangement of late check-in and good security; Only 10 mins walk to beach; Clean bathroom with washing machine and dryer; Excellent facility in apartment with all cooking tools. Stable Wi-fi; Impressive for their preparation on our honeymoon stay, with a wine as gift for only 1 day stay. Heartfelt service, esp in car park arrangement - reserved car park with a name tag.

Great location. You can hear the trains a bit but I’m a light sleeper and it was okay.

It was very good except you need to get use to the sound of the moving train and horn every +-10mins from 6am to about midnight.

Quiet location within walking distance of all services, staff very friendly and helpful.

Located around the corner from Brighton shops,Caroline’s is a great base if you want to be in south east Melbourne or avoid the CBD. There are cafes, restaurants and a great variety of shopping options nearby The train is super close and runs to Flinders St station so it’s easy to get to Melbourne CBD. The apartments are comfortable with whatever most people require for a few days visit. Ask for a room away from the train tracks. We heard no train noise there. A coffee pod machine would be handy but a french press is in the kitchen of the one bedroom unit (how about supplying a small bag of ground beans ?) Good coffee is available a couple of minutes walk away, but we prefer to have a cup before we leave, and these days, instant just doesn’t cut it Overall, we like Caroline’s and have stayed there a few times as we have family in the area.

All staff from confirming booking to cleaning staff, all very professional and nice . The unit was clean and well appointed Stay regularly and will in the future

Was a perfect spot for Brighton close to venues for a quick over night stay.

Nice welcome at reception. The apartment was clean & quiet. Nice shops & cafes near by.

Convenient to local shopping strip Second room had no natural light which was not advised

Spacious, separate kitchen separate living room. Great location.

Ideal location near Church Street shopping centre. Very clean and comfortable. Allocated parking easily accessible. Our room overlooked the train line so a bit annoying until the evening. After that, quiet time for sleeping.

Great spot. Well maintained. Very helpful staff. Close to shops, restaurants, beach and transport. Bed was very comfortable. We slept very well.

All good except there was no shower cap which I needed. Otherwise great.
