So for a standard motel you have everything you need (and a great restaurant right next door), with free wifi, netflix, and everything you would want inside the room. The check in was easy, bed was comfy and the water was hot (mostly) But unfortunately that's where the good stuff ends. First off they told me I didnt need to book into the restaurant, so we missed out on a seat (which in hindsight, I should have asked if they were affiliated; they're not). Secondly, the room looks clean at first glance, but you beome aware fairly quickly that it's not. Not one door or wall has been wiped down, I found remnants of about four meals (withered vegetables on couch, a dried pea in the drawer next to the bible, noodles on the luggage bench etc) hair in the shower....you get the picture. Also, when you shower it fluctuates (I'm not sure if it's random or if other people's rooms affect it), so one minute youre burning the next youre freezing. I would stay here again if everything else was booked out but not for the price I paid, I would also bring disinfectant wipes and clean the place first.

The property was easy to find

The room was an absolute disgrace. Filthy toilet brush and holder. Pubic hair and scum in the shower. Putrid flooring and furniture. One glass for us to use. No cutlery or crockery. Moved rooms after complaining. The second room was just as disgusting. Email sent.. no response. I am demanding our money back. Do not and I repeat, do NOT book this despicable property.

The motel was central and the rooms were at the back of the property so not too much road noise. The beds were super comfy and so soft. We were in a family room and there was plenty of space. Didn’t see any staff when checking in our out. We dined at the onsite Japanese restaurant all you can eat and the found and service were amazing.

Clean room but even though it had a kitchenette there were no cups glasses plates and the kettle was filthy. No tea towel or washing up detergent.

It has clearly been months since anyone scrubbed the shower. Felt like I should be wearing things. The slimy mould was not only visible but could be felt with my feet. And then there was the thick dust at the corners of the furniture. Doesn’t make one confident about the sheets.

The room ran out of hot water twice. I had two cold showers. Not good enough.

Location is good to services and town. The room has some updates of facilities.

I paid $150 to sleep on the floor because the bed was so bad

For a Deluxe Twin room, it was very ordinary, there was nothing deluxe about it. Chips on old wooden furniture, bathroom sliding door wouldn’t open, air conditioner only just working, needed painting, renovating etc etc
