住宿環境通便利

Very convenient to travel places like QVM, shopping malls, library and Flinders Street station in where I could head to all main attractions.

員工態度好，有微波爐。 地點不太好，在一條小巷裏，小巷衞生不算好，而且天黑回去要小心點。 房間有會飛的小蟲，拍死了6隻左右，有點差。 浴室冇花灑，不過水壓很好。

The hotel is very good location, and very clean!

整體都滿意，很近市中心，但房間冷氣機聲音比較嘈吵，浴室設計不好，沖涼時水花濺滿地上。

第二次住宿 這次打掃不徹底 五天住宿只打掃2次 床單要求才更換一次 忘記給浴巾 shampoo, soap 下次要考慮是否再入住

房間傢俱陳舊了些 房間清掃不錯 早點很簡易 地點很好 還回來住

I did like the convenient location many nice places to see and visit a lot of very good kofi shops and restaurants as well amzing alleys with great food choices but my hotel needed a major renovation very thin walls abd floors sinks and faucets loose making loud noises location of the hotel is fairly quiet most of the weekdays but weekends very noisy drunk people's outside untill 2 am

The security having staff at front desk 24 /7 all the time does give you a feeling of safety. all staff where so happy to help with any little problems. Everything was very clean and fresh ,i was very happy to stay their. Thank you

This place is shabby and dirty. Based on the condition of the lobby with stained walls and sofas, I should have expected that the room would be as horrible as it was. I don't know where the reviewers who love this place stayed but it could not have been this hotel. The photos they post are certainly not current. My room was so dusty and dirty that it made me feel itchy. When I complained they sent a guy in a suit with a cloth. He wiped around but did not clean. When I showed him the huge amount of dirt on the walls, the baseboards and underneath almost everything he got the real cleaners to come. I had to show them how to clean. When I asked them to pull out the bed to vacuum I was almost ill. No one had done that in a long time.The freezer was encrusted with ice and so unusable. I mentioned it to the cleaner and she unplugged it. This created a load of water that seeped put onto the carpet. What a disaster! I checked out after Expedia talked to them and they agreed to refund the unused portion. They also charge a security fee.....I guess that they don't feel that their normal clientele can be trusted to not trash the place. I had to pay this (apparently it's in the small...very small/.....print) and now I have to wait for 7-10 days for a refund. What a scam! So I paid for one night in this rat hole and moved by 7:30 AM to my new accommodation. Do not stay in this place. I still feel dirty after 2 showers

Great central location, within walking distance to the centre. Surrounded by great cafes and restaurants. Simple and cosy rooms with a great price. Thanks to the friendly staff.

Super quiet room/ hotel, great location, close to shopping and public transport. They also gave me access to my room early which was great.
