Very easy to find and staff were helpful

The only comment that I have is there was a fair amount of light leakage around the block out blind in the room we had, lighting up the room. Making it difficult to sleep.

Room was very clean, staff efficient and a quiet place to stay.

Low clearance parking in front of room . High clearance vehicle parking on street .

Room fine for location. Nothing spectacular but pleasant enough for most. Parking is very difficult especially with a bigger vehicle. Found parking very difficult if in the units around the corner.

Lack of Manners & Respect.

Mattress was quite hard needs a mattress topper for a more comfortable night sleep.. room fridge was quite noisy. Our room had no toliet roll holder

Basic clean, comfortable accommodation.

The bed was extremely comfortable and probably the highlight of the room. Overall was semi clean, some mould in the bathroom and wine glasses had to be washed before using due to old stains. Water pressure was great in the shower however the tap did leak. The biggest downside was the noise. The walls are extremely thin and if someone was in an adjourning room it was as if they were in the room with you. Definitely gave off the feeling of zero privacy. If you are just passing thru for a night for the price I would say it’s fine, had I known how loud it would be in the rooms with other guests I wouldn’t have stayed for three nights. All the noise of the carpark was also extremely loud in the mornings, the cleaning staff were also very loud. If you’re lucky enough to get a quiet night with few other guests however there’s no issue with the room.

Our stay was enjoyable, the bed was comfortable, the room was very clean and tidy. The staff friendly and helpful. The motel is within walking distance of all the attractions and eateries in Charleville.

fantastic bed / good wifi / very clean unit . lack of dinner plates, bread and butter plates ,bowls and cutlery . Need these items to be able to use microwave and toaster . enjoyed our stay .
