Comfortable ,older large apartment style room. Good facilities. carpark was crammed/tight. Convienent to Hospital. Great river views.

we were arriving late, so 'after-hours' check in instructions were sent, but the key was not where it was supposed to be, the emergency number provided was going to message bank, no help available, ultimately had to go elsewhere to stay the night and pay premium price

The sofa bed was horrific to try to sleep on. The springs dug into me all night. I hardly got any sleep. The bed was just springs with nothing covering them much. I tried to cover them with towels and a blanket. I will never stay there again. I would not want anyone to have to sleep on the sofa bed!

Property really run down. Carpets and couches stained. Bedding needs replacing. Kitchen poorly appointed. Need to install exhaust fans in the bathrooms.

Close to Toowong Village shops, and the walkway along the river.

I stayed there after my stay in hospital at the wesley. Its location to the hospital is ideal, the room was clean. And pull out bed was very uncomfortable for my helper. Needs a topper or something on it. Could fell every wire in the mattress. The front desk was hardly ever manned though lucky when i arrived early the nice lady helped me with discounted additional nights. The side table had been pulled from the wall and not repaired and whoever was nextdoor was no stop banging. It is a good place to recover but could use a revamp.

Room door is EXTREMELY hard to open from the inside - do not book elderly or weak person here as they will NOT be able to get out of the room. I had to go over each day to let my brother out. TV was set to only receive channels 7 and 9 and the fake pot plants were thick with dust.

Property showing age with older fixtures and wear and tear. Kitchen not cleaned properly. Pots and pans all greasy not washed properly. Pans beyond usable. Non stick coating mostly worn away. Rangehood dripping with grease. Dishes greasy as if washed without soap. Dust abundant on artificial plant. Bed not comfortable and short sheeted. Had to try and clean rangehood with a sachet of dish soap that was provided and boiling water and wash dishes before I could use these items. Disturbed nights sleep with partner moving in bed because of poor quality mattress.

The apartment was spacious, and exactly as shown in the photos. The bed was comfortable, and the view was really beautiful. It was a bit far from conveniences like supermarkets, coffee shops, and restaurants. The room had a very strong cigarette smell, which I believe was stained in the carpet. I couldn’t open the windows, so the smell was even stronger.
