Staff very friendly and helpful. Room comfortable and clean.

Brilliant location. Professional staff - Naomi (the manager) is very warm & approachable. Akash is very professional & responsive. Clean rooms and excellent location. A lot of parking which is what I needed. I’m definitely coming back!

The premises are adequate, clean, tidy and available when I arrived. However, on arrival I was met with a demand to provide a credit card and a $2 fee "may be charged." I objected to this but was told it was necessary and the charge would not be charged. So I complied, only to find that the $2 fee was charged. Although this is a lot less than a cup of coffee I object strongly to such conduct. So it will be a long time before I stay with Checkers again, if ever.

Should have extra blanket in the room

The reception staff were very helpful and easy to deal with. The property is in need of an upgrade. Lights weren't working in the room, there was no couch and the supplied chairs were very uncomfortable. Housekeeping was erratic in the supply of clean towels etc. I needed an extra blanket for warmth which was readily supplied. It was very quiet during my stay and had easy access to the private hospital my husband was in.

My daughter and so loved and enjoyed our stay at Checkers . The only thing I could fault was there was NO KETTLE to make a cuppa !! Everything else supplied though. Would definitely come back. 😊

Look, its on the old side but the room was quiet, good size, comfortable and clean. Amenities a bit run down but great choice of things to do, restaurant and bar next door were great. I definitely stay again.

Plenty of space in the room, nice and quiet and comfy bed

The Palms restaurant looked amazing even though we didn’t get to go. Next time though we will for sure. Great location close to Terrey Hills Tavern - great pub with good red wine! Bed was super comfy and the room was spacious. Microwave was available if requested. Late checkout was perfect

Convenient location for my needs. Room was clean, bed very comfortable, shower was great. Although to call it a resort is a stretch! Ground & facilities need a lot of work. On my arrival a had to move a rubbish bag and a vacuum out of the corridor to get through. Some random opened my room door, I can only assume it must of been a staff member for them to be able to open my door, but they just looked at me and closed it again. Made me feel a little unsafe.

Overall, the room was clean, neat and spacious. Bed was comfortable and warm. Generally, the room was quite and well appointment, The outside property appears to undergoing some renovations and there was an amount of rubbish from demolition in the carpark. Also the pool looked great however facilities such as toilets were looking like needing a freshen up. I would stay there again.

Rang twice to change room type prior to arrival and changes were not made

Perfect for us. Easy to get to. Great for people travelling.

Hotel was being used as a film set and I have no idea why you left it up on your site. I couldn’t find reception then got directed to a spot way away from my room . Was given a free dinner for all the issues and the Palms restaurant was excellent. Rooms are way past a need for being renovated.

Absolute incredible place. I have stayed in places all over the world and this is one of the most magnificent places I have ever seen.

Very convenient location , unable to provide microwave on this occasion however reception were able to heat my dinner for me . So all in all a good stay again

The window did not have any form of locking mechanism and could have easily been opened from the outside which was quite concerning.
