Room is cosy, not too small.
On arrival had to make contact as details for room key hadn’t been sent through. Found this out as there is a front desk & staff were helpful with direction.

We woke up every morning with bites on our body, possibly from bed bugs.
Aircon does not cool below 25-26 degrees and spending 3 days and nights in the blazing 32 degree weather was not fun.
Dishwasher doesn’t work.
Wifi doesn’t work.
Water leak under the kitchen sink.
Our worst experience on Wotif by far.
Central and ideal location, but the property needs a lot of work.

Comfortable, well priced apartment in good location. The wifi wasn't working. There is no spa. And had to buy my own milk which took three attempts from local inconvenience stores.
