アメニティは、1人あたりシャンプー2回分、小さな石けん1個なので、きれい好きな人には少し足りないかもしれません。ひげ剃りは別に用意する必要あります。
冬季で部屋が乾燥しやすく、のど飴があると良かったな、と思いました。
立地
パースの船着き場や駅に歩いて行きやすいです（15〜20分。海外旅行で町並みをみるのが楽しかったので、苦になりませんでした）。

我們一家四人入住，房間寬敞及整潔，裝修及設施不算豪華新穎，但適合經濟型旅客。房間電力系統不足，早上開電水壼便跳制，一連３曰早上沒有電力供應，最後要更換房間才可解決問題。

Overall, I am pleased with my 6 nights 5 days stay. Arrived just 5 minutes before the office closed, check in and check out were seamless to me. The room is clean and spacious.

This trip was our first use of City Waters Perth, as I had always considered it unacceptable due to its appearance. However, this trip was urgent, and accommodation was needed. With low expectations, we checked in and found the staff to be friendly enough and informative. The room was clean and comfortable, and everything worked. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet making sleeping easy. I will look to stay there again.

Older type 1970’s. In need of refurbishment. Clean and tidy. Comfortable bed’s, air conditioning. Fabulous location and a great price with full kitchen, shower over bath. Very helpful staff.
