If a dingey room is your thing, go for it

The room we got smelled. The carpet was gross/ sticky. Room 110. Everything else was basic. Staff was efficient.

The bed was comfortable and soft. The room was very clean however, smelt bad odour from the bathroom. Limited parking on-site for an additional fee which is great.

This property was nothing more than a backpackers with an extravagant price tag It was $166 a night the beds were very old the valance on the bed had holes and looked like it hadn't been washed for months there were no towel rails and the holes were blocked up not even painted over.. the hallway stunk of mouldy carpet and some other stench !! as far as the staff .. what a joke we saw one lady only and she was rude as hell ... she couldn't look at you and she couldn't even crack a smile! and at 10:04 on checkout day I answered the internal phone to her screaming at me check out check out! I get that people have to choose cheap accommodation but look before you buy I will never stay there again. I wouldn't even rate it one Star but there was nothing lower!!

Overall this property was convenient for us at the time and at an affordable tariff. However cleanliness left a lot be desired both the living area and the bathroom. The shower head leaked all night and the toilet needed some extra cleaning work. We were not sure on the age of the tea bags provided. Overall we have difficulty in recommending this property to future clients

We needed an overnight stay close to a venue so the location was most important for us. That said, the room was barely adequate. The mattress springs were broken and sank to the base. Sheets and towels were clean but thin. Room was unmaintained with mould, damage to the walls, cupboards, etc. There was an odour and the carpet was lifting in places. We did not want to walk barefoot on the ground. The room had multiple notices that the smoke alarms would trip from the kettle, toast, steamy showers, deodorant, etc and guests could be charged $1750 for the fire brigade attendance. Overall, would not stay here again or recommend.

Great central location in the inner west. Be prepared for morning wake up of planes coming in at 6am - but that is the inner west. Rooms are a little worn but very clean.

Kinda cheap but can see why. I wouldn’t choose to stay here again if I had a bigger budget. The bed was comfy it’s just a very old hotel & the walls looked gross; at least in the room we stayed in.

Great location, affordable, neat and tidy.

The fan in toilet was dirty and dead insects, it doesn't take much to clean it , disappointed. Around taps chrome isn't cleaned properly and dirt comes out when water gets around it,same with kitchen sink in plug, needs to be cleaned properly and has brown dirt around it and skirting boards need a good clean. Noisy planes over head and pub on corner on Friday, Saturday loud till late. Room with bed clean and vacuumed. I liked the city view and terrace on side. I had the best room for that. If the husband ups the Cleaning and cleans everything well not just the things that you see it would be a much better comfortable room. The owners are nice enough. Cleaning really is the biggest problem.

Convenient location. Unfortunate directly under the flight path, so woken by planes at 6am descending into SYD
